AWESOME video!!! I used to live in that neighborhood, at Magnolia Apts. Sundays, after supper, we would take the kids (2 little girls) up to Alisal and walk down to the Winchell's Donuts and Safeway store, just before the Monte Mart. We would get some doughnuts and drinks, find a bench and watch the lowriders. Beautiful cars, beautiful women and a peaceful time. Man, I miss that. (It was 40 yrs ago!) Thank you, lil roller.
I hope this cruise crap isn't allowed in Salinas. Will just be problems for the police, which we don't have enough of. They forget the reasons they stopped the cruising in the first place.
They passed the law Jan 15 2023 cruising will be legal. I love cruising but I hate to admit you are right. It will only be a matter of time before someone kills it for the rest of the cruising community. You can see some of the illegal things they are doing here already.
