Blue monster tape works perfectly. I was skeptical cause I didn’t have much room to play with on a copper pipe but it worked perfectly. 💯 stopped the water leak
Hello plumber here love the stuff just wish it stuck better on wet threads after drying them off it sticks but when they're wet It's really hard to apply I also wish u made a yellow gas tape if ya do plzz let me know
60 Gallon air compressor with a four inch tank plug at the bottom, has develope a tiny air leak around the threads. Is the Blue Monster a good choice? Blue or White?
Is the blue colored version the recommended type for gas fittings such as used on a stove? I have seen several YT videos where that was recommended for that.
Hydraulics - Blue or White? Almost seems like the blue would be better? I haven't been having any luck at all using the regular over the counter ptfe permatex stuff lately and was told yours would work better. Will it seal hydraulic oil connections?
This one would be a combination of Blue Monster thread tape - “Blue”, (3) wraps, complimented directly on top with our PTFE thread compound. If that fails to work it is a thread quality matter. Tapes and sealants are limited to 400F and 10,000 PSI on the tape and PTFE compound.
The bottle came with leak, seller must have thought about it because it’s inside a zip bag, kinda hard to persuade myself that I can trust this to seal my pipe when it cannot even seal itself…. 😂
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👎👎 on the can it says up to 3000 psi. I used this blue monster pipe sealant about a week ago. I pumped my air pressure system up to 160 psi I woke up the next morning and it was down to 40 psi. So as far as I’m concerned, your product is capable of holding 40 psi and air pressure system. Today, which is November 2 I used gorilla glue late last night and put my plumbing system together for my air pressure in my pick up truck last night. Last night before I went to bed I pumped up my air pressure system to 250 psi I came out this morning and it was 250 PSI because I used gorilla glue. Your product product is garbage besides that it’s extremely messy. Gorilla glue gets harder than Chinese arithmetic and it doesn’t leak. Now, when I blast my airhorn out the gorilla glue 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

How long is the cure time? I can't find anything on it
Customer rep told me 10 minutes. I've found that to be accurate.
And I love that you guys are from Ohio. As a service plumber I love this stuff and the toilet bolts

Hi, thanks. I have two questions. 1, do you use this with the teflon tape? 2, is this permanent seal or removable? Thank you

Is it safe on plastic thread on the back of a clothes washing machine? Will it deteriorate the plastic?
This Thread Sealant is designed to seal metal and plastic threads safe and effectively.
I use it whenever a thread seal is the action. Never had any issue. Its amazing thread sealant.
You don't need any sealant on a washer's hose connections, the rubber washer on the end of the hose will seal it.
@@bluemonster3361what’s the best way to clean dried Blue Monster thread sealant off of threaded poly (Banjo fittings)?
The tape is garbage but the blue pipe dope is the bomb!
The threads on 90 degree fitting are FEMALE, not MALE. LOL
