Yeah not just exotic but also expensive ^^. Color bell peppers/capsicum are also rare and expensive here. But nowadays more and more people in the cities buy them since they are rich in nutrients.

Awesome recipe. Not to nit pick but just a little correction. Marination is the technique marinade is the sauce in which to marinate. Skewer the florets with the skewer. Skew as a verb means to change direction eg the car skewed off the road
Great recipe. Makes broccoli more palatable. A couple of feedback--it's marinade, not marination; and it's skewer, not skew. Skew has a whole different meaning.
Tip: if u have a piece of coal, burn it , put it between the cooked broccoli and pour a little butter on the coal and put a lid on the dish (the dish in which u have put broccoli and coal), leave it for about 30 secs, remove it and enjoy the smokey flavour now😝
It definitely is a good recipe...but I am not sure how safe it is to grill directly in a gas flame. Unlike the traditional wood flame gas flames are chemical.
You dont need to peel the broccoli florets,the skin cooks at the same rate as the inside.I steam broccoli very often because in Canada its a very common ingredient. I like the marinade.
@@richardwallace6313 its the same texture throughout the entire stem of the broccoli florets.If your talking about the main connecting stem then sure peel it since its more fibourous but honestly she never used that portion of the broccoli and she even peeled the florets in the video -which is pointless.

Or you can put them under a grill, if you have a grill pan which can balance the skewers.

definitely do not need to peel, the skin is perfectly edible, but it certainly does not cook as fast as the middle
