- A visit to Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride in Pigeon Forge Tennessee . Experienced two normal ride thru's before being able to walk around with lights on as well as see some behind the scenes stuff . Finished up with a lights on Boat Ride . This has been one of my favorite attractions in this area for a while so it was fun getting a detailed look off the Ride.

Big thanks to Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride for the very cool experience behind the scenes of one of my favorite places in Pigeon Forge . Keep in mind this is an old school style roadside attraction and not a big budget theme park . One of the major reasons I love it so much is it's rawness , adds to its charm .
Previous episode ua-cam.com/video/OBbeo94jBA0/v-deo.html
Adam cool place awesome video
Do you think that the Jurassic jungle boat ride is actually a better knockoff of Jurassic Park the ride
Adam me and the wife will be there in April would love to meet ya loved the filming location videos .thanks again for showing us pigeon Forge videos this is our favorite place
Strangely Awesome Adam . Strangely Awesome
Reminds me of Dinosaur World from the movie, "Clifford. "
Amazing. They've managed to find every annoying screech and beep on earth and compile them in one location.
Except Godzilla’s 60s-70s roar apparently (then again, maybe they’d be afraid to get sued by Toho for that xD)
Lol. Comment of the century right here
what? i don't hear any children at all
i've watched countless videos of this ride but none capture the pure terror of it, Pitch black, screaming loud noises, and the terror filled ending where your boat gets lifted on his ass lol never paid so much to be scared in my life but it was a blast!!
The Dino animatronics are scary on their own. But with a coat of dust. And the years of neglect that have caused the mechanics and masks to deteriorate have made them extremely terrifying
That was terrifying all these dinosaurs look crazy looking and the sounds the make was freaking me out...
same to
the sounds made me want to click off the video
Everytime my grandpa passes it he always says “wow those people are still waiting in line!”
6:08-6:32 the sound of someone eating a bag of chips
I feel like for that audio they asked some dude to eat a bag of lays with his mouth close to the mic
Lucky In Kentucky it’s also the sound of me eating a bag of Doritos at the movie theatre
doesn't seem terribly exciting.
No I think that’s the mechanics.
This looks like it was built by dropouts from Disney's School of Imagineering.
Sadly, that's what folks say about your parents when they meet you. LOL,
seriously though, this was state of the art when it was built, I think it still holds up well and had a unique charm to it. Disney just updates their attractions as technology advances, their old dark rides were not any better back when this came out.
Lmfao it looks lame as hell
i think people are so spoiled now that people want better things
Scott Bartlett that’s not the case there was a point in time I’m sure when this ride actually looked decent but due to lack of care over the years the animatronics seem to be falling apart in our very eyes
More like the kids of the dropouts
the dinosaur at 14:54 is actually one of the rubber alioramus toys sold at Disney World in the Dinosaur gift shop in Animal Kingdom.
i have that exact one and was thinking the same thing
Don't know what I love more.. 1:38 the sound clip of thier dialup internet at the beginning or the sound of somebody eating potato chips 6:09
Anyway this ride is golden..
love all the creaking dinosaur statues 🤣💕
I just dont understand what the dial up is supposed to portray! Maybe the boaters going back in time?
This was one of the most convincing anti drug PSAs ever concocted
May I use this footage in a video I'm making about underwater animatronics? I will give your channel full credit.
Theme Park crazy! I'm a big fan of you!
Hahaha this is the one where you hear someone eating chips at the end!
That may or may not have been me . I was hungry ha
@@TheDailyWoo 😂👍love your videos thanks for going on adventures for us.
I heard it too.The chip eating...Lol 😄
the USA confuses me, but also excites me. i can’t wait to one day visit
Lol! Well....come on over!!!
We'd love to have you here!! ❤
I’d say wait a couple years. We are a mess right now.
Me: Mom can we get Jurassic Park The Ride?
Mom: No, we have Jurassic Park The Ride at home.
Jurassic Park at Home:
OMG these animatronics are worst with the light on!! thanks for sharing Adam!
I still think this one is a little creeper than Jurassic Park. Just saying.
Cheese with a capital WTF..
Well you are more likely to accidentally die on this ride.
@@Clay3613 Agreed. I'd be more scared that one of those old Dinosaurs bots would fall on me or something catching fire or getting stuck in the dark for an hour while they "fix" the ride than of the actual Dinos in the ride.
Have you seen carpetbaggers video on this
This video tripped every single one of my phobias for park rides, haunted houses, and wax museums. You wont catch my corpse going on a ride there.
The mannequins are almost as horrifying as the defunct dinosaurs.
Lol! I almost choked to death on my coffee when I saw that "constipated" mannequin at the entrance! That face!!!! I have never been to this attraction, but you certainly have got my interest up! That gnarly looking one at the end in the alley way was horrific! Nightmare fuel! You nabbed a behind the scenes tour! Sweet! Thanks Big Guy for sharing!
I feel like if they can earn enough for repairs, it'll be great; its just sad to see things in visible disrepair, like the torn skin on the dinos and the broken movements. Hopefully they can get the funds to fix everything up again!
I don't know why so many people are hating on this, they don't have much money but pulled of an awesome ride. It has so many animatronics it's insane! they have more moving and lifelike dinosaurs/prehistoric animal's then stationary props! I would love to visit I'd just be scared of the spider and the bugs!
The face of the man on the right at 1:00 perfectly captures my reaction to this video being posted.
This is making me miss Universe of Energy in EPCOT in DISNEY WORLD!!!! 😭😭😭
One of the things that just adds to the pure insanity of this ride is that if you listen closely, occasionally you can hear music in the background, but rather than something epic & adventurous, it just sounds like some soothing new age tones.
It's most noticeable in the eruption scene at 4:12 & T-Rex fight at 5:21.
Watching the boat and guests come through while Adam was behind the scenes filming got me thinking. This would totally be my luck one day. I would love to meet Adam and thank him in-person for how much entertainment and joy he's given me through his work behind (and in front) of the camera. Being able to live vicariously through his videos and to see so many of the wonderful places he's visited has been awesome. But nope, I'd be one of the people on a ride through attraction enjoying the experience and Adam the freaking Woo would be two feet away filming some behind the scenes stuff. Thanks as always Adam!
Thanks for watching and the comment
I remember , few months back, ( i am from uk london 0 .....ADAM, did a LIVE drive ...across part of Usa, drive , and i followed ot all LIVE it was so cool, it was like I was with him, part of it he stopped off a DINOSAUR park...and it really RAINED DOWN , shame , but he did say , he goe's there alot .
Sweet BTS tour! How it all works is probably more fascinating than the ride itself!
We really enjoyed this one, thanks for sharing information about this along with a behind the scenes look at this wonderful dark ride!
1:40 Love the sound of dial-up
Chris Dykstra , I thought it was rtty (radio teletype). It can be decoded. Probably a common recording.
+Chris Dykstra Well the attraction does feature dinosaurs after all :D
Originally there was a trippy 60's style time tunnel with black and white stripes.
This place is awesome man. Boat rides are the best especially Jurassic ones
Heck yea ! Agreed
I love how they have a motel out back. In case I can't experience the ride and TGIFridays in one day.
The amount of detail is really impressive, shows whoever made this attraction really cares about it. There are some out there that look very thrown together and not very good animatronics and you can tell it is all about the money for them. You don't need Disney or Universal budgets to pull off an awesome ride. Attention to detail and atmosphere goes a long way. Thanks for sharing this with us!
For a smaller attraction, it's pretty darn good! Well, except for that T-rex at 9:19, poor guy needs a dentist or something...
It is . Honestly one of my favorite roadside attractions , it's just so bizarre
The chip-eating sound effect at the end of the ride makes me lose it every time
This ride looks great, looks much better than the former Kingdom of the Dinosaurs that was at Knotts. im impressed with how much movement is going on at once, alot of love was put into this ride even with a lower budget
Woah now, slow down...Kingdom Of The Dinosaurs was a much beloved attraction.
thanks for saving me 15 bucks Adam..
Harvey Weinstein it’s a joke not a dick so don’t take it so hard.
since I work in Pigeon Forge, I can get into all these attractions for free. This one though, only twice.
@@chrisjuneau8905 do you work at one of the side attractions? that’s really interesting
That last T. rex that comes out in the end is absolutely horrifying, looks possessed and undead lol
3:37 That dinosaur walk was funny!XD
It feels like an old ride my ears hurt.
Maybe is on a budget, but you can tell they pulled off some kind of art here, really creepy and amazingly terrifying, like you’re in some dinosaur rotten hell dimension, truly eerie, imagine being stuck there for a day, now thats some trauma.
Hahahahaha!
Great camera work in dark. Loved it no commentary when 1st ride through. Kudos on backstage
I’m currently staying at the hotel directly across from this very ride, I had a small twilight zone moment but i’m cool now
Omg did u ride it?? & more importantly did any of the curse animatronics come to life at night??
I rode this years ago and felt ripped off...
Dang I really like it . Then again I like quirky roadside stuff
I rode it years ago too and felt the same thing, but it looks better than it did then. They must have done a referbishment, because when I went there was a big hole in one of the dinosaurs' bodies.
@@VaultDweller804 Nope, it's still the same. Check around the 20:00 mark for the gaping hole scene. Seriously doubt they've ever put any money into it since it opened, other than to pay utilities. So a family of 4 would pay $60 plus tax, around $66 for this "attraction?" yikes...
@@TechTab00 Oh, you're right! I rode this ride when I was a kid, with my mom and brother. We were terrified and a bit disappointed at how cheap it was, but we were good sports so it wasn't a big deal. It was fine if we rode a cheesy roadside attraction, because it was vacation and vacation was all about trying new things and enjoying old favorites. However, I can definitely see how paying $60 to ride this ride with your kids could be a real disaster.
But if they don't get enough folks riding it, they don't have any money for the repairs .....
IT LOOKS LIKE A KNOCKOFF OF THE DISNEY RIDE!!!!
Respect The Woo
the ride mechanism is really cool to see! i love the type of boat rides that you can control and stop when they want!
I love this video!! I'm fascinated by this ride and have watched so many videos of it. Seeing it up close and with the lights on was a wonderful experience! That dinosaur at the very end creeps me out so much. I never even realized it's missing most of it's teeth and has a lopsided face!
I really love the mix of exclusive content. Not only was this very interesting, but it speaks to the credibility that you have earned. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it . Trying to mix things up a bit
So cool they let you behind the scenes.
As a Sound/Lighting and Robotics guy.... The "Behind the scenes" stuff was pure gold! Thanks, Adam!
How cool is that! They are super awesome for giving you the opportunity to do that and share it with all of us. Good stuff Adam thanks for posting 👍👍👍
It was an awesome experience
Morning Adam😎 I like all the Pith helmets too.."Carpetbagger would be paaarrrooouuud! 😁
@Social Crime Radio dang kids" 😂
This makes alot more sense once when you give us a behind the scenes tour Thanks Adam.
The ending of the ride is the best .. if it's still the same! The ride is so cheesy !! That's what makes it's so great !!
I rode this several years ago and absolutely loved it! I’m a nerd like that! Great video, keep up the awesome work!
The little stuff you miss is a lot thank you Adam for sharing the Easter eggs on the ride
What a cool, old school attraction! Looks like a whole lot of fun.
18:28 The Giant Enemy Spider
*Now Imagine That Dropping at You You'll Either Passed Out or Get Traumatized...*
The boat is like a cafeteria vending machine for them. The Wootanic.
It's amazing to see what Giles into the ride that you cannot see.
Agreed always cool to see behind the curtain
Love all the behind the scenes, lights on stuff! 😍🙌This is so cool. Please continue making content like this!
Awesome. I love how it starts like the Jurassic Park ride.
Good luck on the next chapter of your life. It was nice to see your videos over the years. Everything comes to an end.
Awesome Adam!!!!! I just road this ride for the first time this past April. Had always wanted to in the past and bever did so. Thanks for sharing this video !!!!!!
I had the chance to go there a few yrs ago. It was neat to see behind the scenes. Thx for sharing!
Interesting, most interesting. Thanks for sharing!!!
Adam, this was so action packed.
You continue to bring us the very best, video after video. #1
Thanks for the continuing great vlogs.
Awesome video! This is one of my favorite places that I have yet to visit. So wonderfully cheesy. I really like the T-Rex missing most of his teeth at 9:17 and 21:51.
Great video tour Adam. This is an attraction that we would really love to experience in person.
Hi Adam the Woo, the Jurassic Jungle boat ride in Pigeon Forge Tennessee looks fun to ride. I also enjoy the jungle cruise at Disneyland. I like the Jurassic murals in the exterior of this building. Another Great Vlog!
I have always really liked this ride. It's so cheesy, it's so much fun. Lol Awesome video!!!
Me too . I love it
Thanks for the awesome tour!!
Awesome vid Adam! Love all these cheesy kinds of dark rides! 🤗
16:36 why out of all the things i saw in this video, this is the only thing that terrifies me.
Great vlog. And thanks for showing us behind the scenes. But It looks like it needs a very big upgrade. The dinosaur at the end is falling apart. I would actually go round but I would be pointing and laughing at everything. I definitely won’t be going there now when I’m over next year lol 😆
Good early Thursday from Sydney Adam. Thanks for your continuing adventures.
Adam, please keep filming wat you love and find quirky, fun, and unique. Because of you Adam, I have visited over a hundred different unique, fun, and quirky things in the last year. Thank you so much. Please don't listen to all these bad comments. Love ya man.
That was pretty cool. Thanks for sharing this one.
Pretty dang neat. I never knew about this place. Looks like alot of fun. Great vlog.
All the times I've been there in past some years ago this place wasn't in operation. I guess it was closed for awhile? Glad I get to finally see it here.
Adam the woo thank you very much for the great tour of the Jurassic boat ride that was the best thing I ever saw you did an excellent job on the details of the ride and Adam the woo you make me happy every time I watch your videos you are the one great guy you know how to do things on videos you got some of the best videos I ever seen keep up the good work and keep on tracking down the good old rides and activities out there and keep on putting up new videos I'm one of your best fans on UA-cam
Now we know where Disney and Universal rides go to die.
Thanks for the behind the scenes Mr. Woo
I think I would probably die if I went through a ride and found out after the fact that you, Yes you, the Woo, were hidden in the shadows, lol. I’ll never get tired of this ride! It’s awesome to see some behind the scenes goods.
Glad you enjoyed it
Havnt watched Adams videos for a while and I'm glad I made a come back ☺
Been looking for something like this for so long! Thank you!
Jungle all the Woo! ☺
Reminds me of my old “Fantastic Dinosaurs Of The Movies” VHS.
Pretty awesome and as always, thanks for posting Adam.
Oh nice !
Great video and BTS tour! Kinda has that Universe of Energy meets Dinosaur vibe to it
I miss the Dino's on universe of energy a lot
This was a fantastic entertainment filled video i loved every minute of it, even the revealing secret security dino at the end keeping all the cleaning equipment safe 😊
The potato chip sounds at 6:10+ are hilarious, as a giant dino head just sways gently back and forth, mouth not moving at all....
I love going up to pigeon forge it is my favorite place to go for a good vacation
Very cool behind the scenes action
That looks awesome!
I went on this and I was scared something was gonna fall on me
I would be too it looks janky
Morning Adam, have a great day of adventures!
Our log cabin we stay in is on top of the hill right behind Jurrassic Jungle Ride. Good times! ☺
The MAN of The HOUR! Much Love Brother!
Florida for the holidays???? Hope so!!! Loved your Stan Lee hand print ceremony a year or 2 ago that you did. Excelsior!!!! R.I.P. Stan Lee.
The very last animatronic you show, at 23:38 is the Scarefactory Hell Hound which is my all time favorite/most wanted animatronic! That one has definitely seen better days though, reminds me of the one at Coney Island who got absolutely destroyed over the years.
Great work as usual!
