Well, I've replied to a similar comment of yours 9 months ago, but I'll iterate here as well: I've been learning and using SFM full-time for content creation since the beginning of 2020, same for Photoshop, although just like with every other program, I haven't learned every single thing of it, but with every new Poster, I try to do new things to improve at it.

where did you get that medic model?
aka the blood texture
That is a custom made texture. I made it to be as close as possible/accurate to the Meet the Medic one. It is currently not public though
