Ok, i get all the rick may respect, the fact that the og was made in 2000's and had limitations, and therefore you can make it look better. But... I kinda feel like this remaster just.. doesn't capture the feel that TF2 was going for? maybe its the lack of motion blur? maybe its just the higher fps that makes it look weird compared to the whole TF2 vibe and such? Maybe even the over-exaggerated cartoony explosions? idk.. i just dont like it. I don't mean to de-credit SpyKe, its a good animation (im no animator, i cant do anything as good as this), but I really dont feel like im watching the right video. Edit: am dumb and read the pinned comment and wanna kms now.

the original looks better during action scenes because of motion blur effects making things look more fast-paced and cinematic. The clarity yours has makes him look like he is running slowly and that nothing is shooting at him (which is true in both scenes but the first hides this better). However your cutscenes with his lectures are gorgeous.

Heavy only has 2 stages of grief: 1. Sadness 2. Bargaining (with his fists)

While I think this is all very competent, the lack of motion blur, specially when Soldier running and shopting, ruins it.

Good job on the technical part of this. But I quess movies are in 24 FPS for a reason. Also depth of field is missing to simulate the camera lens. These 2 changes take it from a short film to looking like a scene in SFM if you know what I mean. The shaking camera shot looks intense in the original, but in the remaster it looks kinda goofy. In the end it is just about preference.👍
