Great presentation! Don't add too much fuel injector cleaner! May trigger O2 sensor code. Follow directions. Only add the amount at the recommended intervals. I inadvertently added 3 bottles of Liqui Moly DI cleaner in my Porsche Panerma 4s over the course of 2k miles. Check engine light code for O2 sensor. Light reset on its own after about 50 miles and some fresh gas. Di Jectron Bottle says add at every 2400 miles, more than enough. Great product!

Hi, I got a 2011 A4 2.0 TFSI (EA888 Gen 2). Which products would you recommend to use and for which intervals? Currently, I'm thinking of using the proline cleaner first for a full gas tank, then the di-jectron for the following fuel tank. Is this a good idea or does anybody else have better suggestions? This is just anecdotal, though I have used these products: The Pro-Line is a pretty strong cleaner, so I'd wait a longer time before using other cleaning-type additives. I waited about 2 months or about 5-6 tanks of gas before adding anything else. I now follow the 2,400-mile recommended interval between using the DI Jectron. I've heard it's not good to throw too many extreme cleaners at your car within a short time -- it could wear out seals and gaskets, etc.

The valve carbon cleaner does not work on direct combustion engines. The injectors are placed inside the combustion chamber and not before the valves, so the product does not pass through the valves.
I'm trying to find the product but here in the US I can only find the "proline oil system cleaner", in these videos I See it mentioned as "proline english flush" is there any difference between these two products? are they different at all?

Why is liqui moly synthetic oil better than Mobil 1? i use 5-40 for my c240. Do you have any test data to prove that liqu-moly is higher quality than Mobil 1?
LM is going to have a completely different additive package compared to M1. I believe the base stock is going to be different as well along with a much higher HTHS specification and solid NOAK rating. A lot of the API SP GF-6A rated 5w30/5w40 oils are not very good and are at the low end of the spectrum for film strength and high temperature shear.

Just to be clear there's nothing wrong with running Mobile1 or any other brand of oil as long as it meets the engine specifications. The difference between say Amsoil, LM, or even Red Line is in the base stock and additive package. How have the vehicles been running on the LM 5w 40?
liqui moly is great but the vendors in LA are is charging $11/liter which is not competitively priced with other high quality synthetic oils like EURO LUB AND Mobil 1.

Yes sir.... I have a 2013 BMW X5M that would at times throw a check engine light when accelerating. I put a code reader on it and no code came up. I wasn't sure what to do so I put in fuel cleaner from Amsoil / Redline / Royal Purple / Liqui Moly. One of them at every fill up. Problem is gone now, but I do believe it was a dirty or clogged fuel injector.

I checked the spark plug and I looked down the cylinders and noticed the top looked very glossy and polished, with small bits of carbon. But with a layer of sheen. Previously even when I first had my engine rebuilt. I noticed the top had a thin coat of dry carbon. So I dunno if it’s the product had actually done this.. I do recall of additives to try clean top of cylinders but DiJectron doesn’t advertise it as a function/ability.. hmm
I used it last week, and my check engine light came on ! I ran it through a full tank and refueled again with 11 more gallons of gas. I still had my check engine light on after 25 miles.I tried to use my code scanner to erase code 9141 .Now my car won't stay running ?WTF.

No automotive fluids last forever alot of modern ones last longer than they used to though the dealer told me that the cvt fluid is lifetime but the owner's manual says change it every 30,000 miles if the cvt fluid lasts a lifetime like they said it does the cvt should come with a lifetime warranty

I use jectron and valve clean every 6 weeks….workin like a charm in my 2011 Audi A5
Every 6 weeks is overkill, but it doesn't harm either.
Does it matter how many miles a day you put? I daily about 70 miles a day
Is your engine direct injected? How does the cleaner get to the back of the intake valves?
Do you put the moly in before you pump or after you filled up

Hi Ben, we would recommend sticking to the Diesel specific additives from LIQUIMOLY, as Valve Clean is designed specifically for gas engine.

You should be fine with that, if the tank is not full you could top it off, and if it is full you should be ok.

english flush is a completely different system and wouldn't affect jectron or gasoline system cleaner.

If you are looking to do an internal flush, The Liqui Moly Engine Flush additive will be the way to go!
