Lattimore did cover JJ pretty good, but you gotta give JJ some respect when they put their best defensive back against a rookie.

Marshon Lattimore is a great man to man cornerback, he's covered many good wide receivers and covered Justin Jefferson pretty good, but still props to Justin Jefferson, he was only a rookie going up against one of the best cornerbacks in the league

I love that fact that the corners contained them, and Justin Jefferson would shut off by Marshon, props to him, but Adam though, he did some damage, but Janoris at least contained him which is good.
I'll give this to the Saints dbs, they held both Adam and Justin in check when it was needed, but during garbage time, Justin started to ignite. Adam made some great catches, but sometimes the drives went cold.

@@_fxmous.jcincr3dibl395 They don't need a more accurate quarterback, Kirk is one of the most accurate in the league when the pockets clean. That's the problem tho, Kirk doesn't sense pressure very well and he's not the most athletic qb. Doesn't help that our offensive line is built with smaller athletic lineman, they can run block pretty well, but when it's 3rd and king those undersized interior lineman get rag dolled as soon as the balls snapped.

All I can say is that the last touchdown pass to Thielen is an incomplete pass because only one of the foot actually touched the grass.
A big chunk of Jefferson’s yards came at the end there but dude can run some crisp routes. Lattimore won this matchup but it’ll be dope seeing them matchup against each other for years to come.
