You're in your prime if you're the best version of yourself. Just because you have the potential to be better doesn't mean that it is guaranteed to happen. Anyone could have a career ending injury right now at this exact moment and never live up to their potential.
Apex and prime are different and I think people are confusing that. Physical prime is later than 23 years old I bealive it's 25 at the earliest but typically late 20s through early 30s. Physically and mentally for any male human.

@@presleydunn7674 it's called bracketing... safety over the top and linebacker for inside help. This allows the cornerback to play aggressive and tight. He doesn't have to worry about getting beat deep or inside. Vikings use to do this against Julio Jones and Calvin Johnson.
