A great vid showcasing, as you say, some of Scotland's epic locations. Love your enthusiasm! My favourite shot is the first one across Loch Tulla.
That "quagmire and filth everywhere" at the Buachaille Etive Mor waterfall is erosion, caused by thousands upon thousands of photographers' footsteps (and tripod legs!😂). I'd encourage anyone that wants to photograph this iconic mountain to take the time to explore the area and find an alternative viewpoint (there are many). Anything but adding to the problem that's already there.
I guess the other question to consider is, with thousands of images captured from that exact same spot, what can anyone really add to the story by photographing from there? (Although yours is a particularly nice one).
I wanted to spend more time there on this video, but I wanted to try and catch some deer down the bridge of Orchy hence it was just a flying visit this time before we had to take the campervan back!
I agree about not adding too much to the story from that particular spot, one for the portfolio I suppose. I guess I already know what the composition is going to be before I’m there, and I want to see whether I can execute it. More of a training exercise, I find I learn better that way.
I've seen a lot of photos from this place, but those at 19:30 and 24:23 are one of the most beautiful from anyone.Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, glad you like it!! I started to think about the glow today, think I’ll put together a little video on that topic 👍 but to get you started think radial mask, warm the temperature and lift the blacks 😜
i was at the stack a few weeks ago watch out for my video in a months time. the waves were NUTS hahah just watched the rest, like your shots from Elgol and you should defo see the water i had at the Etive falls.. wow.. where you from?
Etive, so many times I’ve seen it almost dry 😂 I’m from South Wales originally but live in Oxfordshire now, which is wayyy to flat for my liking. I need mountains in my life for sure
Great Video. Nikon makes a rubber hot shoe cover that completely covers the hotshoe. It works on all cameras and should offer better protection. Nikon BS-3 it's about £8.

some cracking shots of one of my favourite places on planet earth I was planning on going up in two weeks but my camper failed it’s MOT 😢and I can’t get it booked in for repairs in time 🫣
