If he can't control himself during a parole hearing he sure can't control himself on the street.
My thoughts exactly!
Whoever sentenced him to just 4 years for this crime should be removed from office
They have guidelines for how long they can put someone in jail based on their crime. They cant put someone in jail for 20 yrs for littering. And they cant put this guy in jail for over 4 years just for violation of a protective order.
@@Tech9Jacket”just for violating a protective order “ is a horrifying statement.

I don't think he is a narcissist. Not very clever one anyway, since he wasn't able to spin some BS to get on parole. A clever narcissist would have manipulated his way out of there and back to his usual crimes...
@@ermaek2145 when it comes to manipulative behaviour, narcissists are actually a few tricks ponies. In other words they are slaves of a particular pattern of behaviour which they find impossible to break from and their cunning, conniving, crafty habit is no exception. Consequently their devious nature;- all their guile & gaslighting & scheming antics & intellectual gymnastics which constitute their perpetual enterprises in sheer "bad faith" - become extremely easy to predict; very very predictable for people cursed to spend some time close to them. The catch is that they are also very very good; exceptionally good at those few manipulative tricks up their sleeves. This is so because the pathological narcissistic personality disorder starts developing when a person is as young as 7-8 years old and becomes irreversibly concrete by the time that person is in his/her late teens. Now it is from her/his pre-teens to early teens that such a person has started figuring out which type of devious and manipulative behaviour works for her/him and then devote her/him-self at honing them, refining them, mastering them single-mindedly for the rest of her/his life. As a result, by the time they are young adults, they're already very good with those small bunch of scheming antics which they have been honing much of their formative years and are able to easily manipulate most people who did not have the misfortune of being in their vicinity ie. close enough to observe the same couple of strategies and same bunch of tactics being employed by the narcissist repeatedly over and over again.

@@Ruth78620 that's part of the problem with protective orders. And they said she has a 25 year protective order. But obv in his case he uses these orders to find, harass, & obviously violate the order. My son in-law was bi-polar. Once they separated (he wanted his freedom), he made several death threats. When her and the girls were on vacation, he went into the home and destroyed a lot. All sorts of crazy threats to kids, to her, tried to kill his sister, etc. We were all terrified as he seemed hell bent on killing my daughter & he beat his current girlfriend - but all of a sudden, he committed suicide. It was very sad but also relieving that no one has to be constantly afraid. Horrible for his children and my daughter still grieves, but they can go to bed at night not wondering what may happen. At court he acted like this man, same disposition, smarter than anyone, all lies against him, no respect for lawyers or judges, threats to his wife, my daughter.

She got 2 black eyes. 2 strangulations. 4 sprained thumbs. A sprained wrist. bruises we never saw. But she said those were the good parts. It was the emotional, verbal, psychological constant abuse that sucked her heart and soul out her body and there is very little support for battered women. She said why does everyone ask why the woman doesn't leave? Why don't they ask why he doesn't stop abusing his woman? That's the right question they should be asking she told me.. She was right. One of our staff had her partner come to the hospital looking for her. Something about his demeanour just didn’t seem right and the ER nurses hid her down the back hallway until he left. He went next door and Sh0t himself behind the office supply place there. Nothing on earth will ever convince me that his original plan wasn’t to take her with him and who knows who else might have become entangled in that terrible day. Domestic violence is no joke and partners who are violent or threaten their mates are absolutely a danger to the lives of their partners.
When I was highschool, back in the day my boyfriend at the time had a friend that a girl I went to school with dated. My boyfriend and her boyfriend were best friends and we occasionally went out together on double dates. When she decided to break up with him, he called me. I didn't know her really well or him, but she and I were in band together. He never hit her, never even verbally abused her. But when they broke up, he went off the deep end. Cried so hard he puked in my car the day she broke up with him. Then after he and I had talked while driving around for maybe an hour he took a .22 semi automatic to the grocery store where she worked and waited for her in the parking lot. Shot her five times. She lived, and recovered and he went away to prison. He gave ZERO indication that he was the kind of young man that would do something like that. You just never really know people, ever.
this man is exactly like my maternal grandfather.
when presented with _years_ of evidence of wrongdoing, he refers only to the most recent one and repeatedly minimizes it. when faced with past drug use, he brings up previous suicidal behavior. he frames incidents of violence as "wanting to leave a relationship."
multiple conflicting statements things can be true at the same time: he was an alcoholic, which is why things were so horrible in this last relationship; and also, he stopped drinking and was doing "phenomenal."
his violence against women did not happen, was justified, and was simply a part of a flawed past that he has overcome. all of these are true at the same time.
but most indicative is this phrase: "nothing i do is good enough for anybody."
in the mind of someone like this, he is the only person who's ever made a lick of sense, and everyone is out to get him because of it. he is the only person who's ever really suffered.
he can't be fixed. he's been like this for decades. he will continue to be like this.
my grandfather did indeed stop beating his wife and daughters. this is because his daughters moved away and then he got old. he's too old to beat her anymore. he's in his 80's and he won't fucking die.

And aren’t we glad he’s not smart enough to fake it.
Professional victimhood is a powerful drug.
Yea @@ArtLenLayea, even if you're faking it you should know to be as humble and contrite as possible. Even if things are being said you disagree with don't disagree just say yes, yes, I was wrong.
@@garyluciani1082 yes, common sense even among offenders-some of them.
You will get nowhere with this type of person, he will always have an excuse for everything. He is never wrong, and everyone is to blame . He will never take accountability for his actions.
Everyone should feel sorry for him.. Lala dada.etc..
He feels he shouldn't have to change. Everyone around him needs to change.
Narcissist.
I wish I had known this years ago when I was married to a narcissistic abuser. He never took any responsibility for what he did. I’m sure he still doesn’t. He literally ruined my life. It took many years to finally get rid of him. I’m still very afraid of him.
@@Roxanne_Oregon they never change!
@@Roxanne_Oregon The Crappy Childhood Fairy and Live Abuse Free are really good channels.
You can't light yourself on fire to warm another person. Take care of yourself first Roxanne. Think positively.
@@lorimiller4301 thank you!
Then he cannot be released. Ever.
Personal accountability failure
He has the iq of the chair he's sitting on
💯
That's insulting to the chair.
If I were on the parole board, I would've stopped the hearing and entered a motion for denial as soon as he started laughing!
💯
He started out giving the good ole “ tell them what they want to hear”…. he severely failed that by the second question. Zero accountability, excuses, blatant blaming, and yeah, stay there sir you are not good for the outside.
He’s so pissed at the end. They better be glad he’s not in the same room as they are.
The other way around.
What do you think he was saying to them? They should have recorded that. Not muted him or ask the cop to listen. & watch his lips. Ask him to say it to them. They let him get away with everything. No wonder he's a spoiled baby.
"I'm not a crackhead," said every crackhead ever.
Keep these parole videos going. They are ugly to watch but the light you are shining on our broken down processes is important for all of us to see. A sincere thank you sir for your work.
This is him on his BEST behavior.
It’s hilarious watching a narcissist come undone because of their narcissism. They will never admit fault and they will always think of themselves as a victim. The gaslighting is textbook.
Edit: be wary of anyone who uses extreme passive aggressive body language.
100%! They love being passive aggressive and it exudes from them. Also, God forbid you tell them they've done anything wrong. It's like lighting a powder keg.
@@SeashelleBytheseashore Are you sure you know the definition of passive-aggressive?
@@EvanBlaze-fq5eg yes I know the meaning of passive aggressive. Have you ever spent time around someone who is PA with a mentality of the guy in the video and told them they were wrong about something? They may act like they're not bothered by anything you've said and have a laugh or 2 with you. But you may wake up the next morning with all your car tires flattened or your windows bashed out. If you're familiar with PA people, their body language will tell on them.
Yep spot freaking on! Malignant narcissism with explosive anger.... Sounds like my daughter's father smh
His inability to manage his emotions is not PA.
His body language says exactly what you need to decide this guy has not been rehabilitated, he may never reach that. If he ever is released, my guess is someone will die at this guys hands.
Freedom and the Outside World is not for everyone!
What a big man baby, cant even stay and finish the hearing to hear what he needs to do to get out next time.
As that lady's reading the victim's statement, Alan's sitting there on fire bc he can't shut her up, and he's under their control. He probably has some dark thoughts about what he wishes he would have done to her or what he wishes he could do to her to make her pay for what he's going thru
He'll bide his time, she'll never be safe if they let him out.
What do you think he was saying the last 5-10 mins? He was threatening to kill them all. Or something violent. Did you see his face? His eyes? His grin?
@@steppenwolf3252 I was wondering that too. I wish we could have heard what he was saying. I'm sure he it was something very dark
You put down the alcohol and you picked up the “crack” omg I am “cracking” up over here!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Me too...dude went from a dried turd to a wet turd.
He destroyed himself like a fool
He hasn’t changed or learned anything! Just think if she didn’t speak in this they may have let him out! Scary!!!!!!!! It took her speaking about him to show his true colors! God bless her!
Oh his true colors were shining bright when he couldn't share what he learned in the dv class, his lack of accountability when telling the stories from the past, and his crossed arms.
I think he decidedly wasn’t getting out way before the victim statements
There's nothing more he can do to improve himself. So say we all lol
He doesn't ever need to be released!!!!!!
I spent 6 yrs in state prison [ non-violent drug offense], and these guys are all the same. Always the victim, dont belong there, and it's her fault. Another common trait is that they won't fight other men straight cowards
IMO he failed the hearing as soon as they asked him why he should be paroled. The outburst was just the cherry on top.
He's an excuse maker. He has a reason for everything.
He's a child in a man's body! If he ever does get out in the future, he will screw up and catch more charges in my opinion.
This man is a narcissist. He’s never going to change because to him he’s “not the problem, everyone else is.”
Side note, chastising him about leaving the hearing early would’ve been pointless because he’s a narcissist and absolutely refuses to acknowledge he’s the problem. He’s not ever going to change, he’s going to continue to be in and out of prison.
Well, he should not have been allowed anyway. Keep the damn door looked until the hearing is over. That's the least they could have done. They're laughing too and never mentioned his mouthing something at them and smirking and grinning. He needs mandatory counseling and go through the dv program again because he flunked big time.
This man-child is infuriating! Can we say, “Serious Mommy Issues”?! No woman will hurt me! I will hurt first. No woman will control me! I will control you completely! No woman will leave me! My mom never loved me so how dare you not love me! He needs intervention and insensitive therapy! I vote to let the ex decide the voltage of the shock!
Bingo!
Finishing every sentence with an explanation mark is it's own red flag
He actually complained that he can’t control someone. He hates that.
My son died. My nephew died. Waaa! Waaa! Waaa! If I were her I'd bring all his stuff to his lawyers or his sister's office. She should not have anything in her house to give him an excuse. File for divorce right now.
He sounds like he's still very bitter and angry and blames his victim for everything that he has done. And he is not taking any responsibility for what had happened. I knew what the outcome was going to be as soon as he started talking.
No doubt of that. No doubt but somehow I don't think the parole board really gives a damn.
This guys scary
I wanted to go in that room and help wipe that laugh off his face . I get the sense he has a huge disdain for women. He was very different when the female board members spoke then when the male did . Albeit disrespectful but his face, body and words definitely were harsher when the women spoke imho
Bingo.
He hates women.
At 33:00 watch how angry he is that several females are discussing him and he can't do anything about it.
