@@nicolebesler5645 thanks for your support babe!!
Love it! Especially that you addressed the maintenance and how important it is.
One word for fasting (and I did that with medical supervision, plus seeing a therapist, want to stress that I would not suggest diy-ing this) ... As someone who had a disturbed relationship with food to begin with, I found fasting quite helpful not for weight loss directly, but to make visible how often food was just my go-to: motivation, reward, consolation, boredom... Having a few longer fasting windows made it really apparent that I lacked strategies to regulate and deal with my emotions. Now that I have found out my triggers I have different strategies: journaling, taking a bath, going for a walk, and sometimes it's still food, but then it's a conscious choice.
I loved all your tips. I have been following most of the them and believe me it works. Thanks for such practical and no nonsense tips.
@@shilpanaveen7527 so glad it hit home! Keep slaying lady 😍

Thank you for your support!!
True true, TRUE! All these points ive slowly learned in my most revent fitness journey, 10 months going strong. Most successful I've ever been, finally getting the smaller stronged and toned body of my dreams. People may roll their eyes at me, but i see results and im looking better at 37 than i ever did at any other point in my life
Yes yes yes yes yes!! Slay lady!!
My problem is that I hate to eat, after losing 120 lbs and keeping it off for around 9 years I am always mentally on diet my body doesn't look like I think 140lbs should look, I have a texture issue with food and usually only eat things like canned chicken or tuna and still have a hard time swallowing mushy stuff like that, any ideas on how to retrain myself to eat a wider variety of foods,
Eating enough food is the only way to create a metabolism that is on fire. This is going to require a lot of mental work. I have a licensed therapist on my team for this exact reason. The mental aspect of this journey will trump the physical all day long. If we can’t master what is going on upstairs it will never be sustainable
Thanks for this no nonsense, clear, getting the point spot on without fluffing around great advice!
@@kitkat-uw5sw thank you for the feedback! We don’t love to fluff around here 😂
