13 grand!!! My nephew wants one of these to put in my yard. I bought my house 4 years ago for 75k ffs, it may be old but it's 1350 sq ft, plumbed, heated has electric a bathroom and it's on 12 ac. I thought they taught economics in school, lol.
You’re missing the insane increase in lumber since the Plandemic. I bought a 14x24 shed 8 years ago for $6000USD site built on my lot. Same thing today from the same company? $12750. Inflation is a thing, as long as the sheep keep voting democrat, the dollar will continue to shrink in value.
@@x3dominator28 I guess but I get my lumber from the local Mennonite mill so I haven't seen store prices in years. I'll be trading some big white pines and a few oaks for the sawing and some labor to build him his cottage this summer.
We looked at this to put a couple on our property for guests and stuff. They are bigger than most and full of potential.
I looks like you can actually stand up in he loft space. A rarity for tiny homes.
Looks a okay but thinking about 2x6 walls for deeper insulation these little buildings are hot
I woudl like to see it built out with kitchen, bathroom etc.
Nice ! Do you have a layout plan for this model ?
It looks like that loft is supported by a ledger board instead of sitting on top of the wall. Is that right?
Right, it is not on top of the wall.
