Edenbrook Country Parkrun #2 (30/04/2022) sub 19

Props go to fellow running club member Ryan for wearing the GoPro head strap. I was recovering from surgery at this point so running or jogging was a no no.
This is a 2 lap course with a short stretch at the beginning: leading to the country park (0:00 - 1:46) and after completing two laps of the main section take this same stretch back to Hart leisure centre (17:09 - end). The course is dotted with marshals and arrows.
