Ashiana is a fraud builder, they have still not paid back the EOI of Rs. 5 lacs till today i.e. 22.04.2024 even though the allotment was done on 28 and 29.03.2024. When u raise a query, then they will say that they will refund as per the time limit mentioned in EOI form but their EOI form doesn't have any time limit for refund. Just a simple calculation, total EOI application around 700, alloted unit 224, remaining EOI application 476, taking average of 25 application per day processing of refund excluding Saturday and Sunday, they must have refunded atleast 400 EOI money till today. But none got the refund amount. They keep your money so that u can't apply for another upcoming project and earn interest on that amount as they have specifically mentioned in EOI form that refund of Rs. 5 lacs is without interest.
No this clause is absolutely wrong...this is our hard-earned money...In USA and Dubai after paying 30-35% we are authorised to sell or trade...Their flats were sold because prices were less as compared to other bigshot builders..This is customer money not theirs
They were able to keep the prices less because of the same reason only that it’s for end users and not for investors. Its not a stock market ki value bech ke kareed ke bech ke .. value badate rho!!
