    Aaj ka naya SCAM - 2-3 tiles laga do extra, library bana do, 2-3 dumble rakh do aur project ko naam de do "Ultra Luxuary" ka. Sq feet rate 10k se 20k kar do 😂😂😂😂

      Look at the amount of amenities you are getting… library is just, miawake garden Ayurveda garden to swimming pool on top floor to design by Gauri khan for interiors to delivery of Zomato food via small lift. This classifies as real ultra luxury.
