E ‘stato scelto il frutto di origini siciliane, crudo, che viene lavorato subito dopo essere stato sgusciato per non perdere nessuna delle sue preziose caratteristiche di gusto e aroma. Il prodotto non viene tostato. In seguito alla raffinazione mantiene un aspetto grezzo, integrale dovuto all’utilizzo delle mandorle non spellate.

1957 Almond Paste
The fruit of Sicilian origin was chosen, raw, and is processed immediately after shelling so as not to lose any of its precious characteristics of taste and aroma. The product is not roasted. After refining it retains a raw, whole appearance due to the use of unpeeled almonds.
