It happened in Duncan oso.. and in d.c court near N.U
The same incident happened in our colony dukan pretending to buy dukan products. A guy height around 5.4 came in the shop ordering so many products tmcost around 2,000 and then he ask the shopkeeper to borrow 1,000. The shopkeeper doupted him and said if he ran away and the thief said sister moi inika Manu nahoi. since he did not have change so he said that he would go to a nearest pharmacy and then he ran away. The only thing to identify the chor was he was around 5.4 and a tattoo (word) in his neck.
