My family was a victim of false allegations of 498A, about 15 years back. The mental and social trauma we underwent during that period was hell. It affected our professional career growth as it was in the budding stage. The scar which they have made on our lifes is permanent, and it still hurts the heart of each member of the family. Only God can help in such situations, thanks to almighty that we are alive.

We are still facing the consequences of it. I am unmarried still and my younger sister. Due to which there is a daily fights/quarrelling is going on in house. Now recently lost dead too. My brother already filed divorce case but the lower court didn't consider it. The girl who filed is enjoying life with government job with other husband. But she made our life hell. We are suffering everyday, crying, praying to GOD.
Now time to make Gender Neutral laws. If any girl files such false cases, must be fined heavily. So, it will be lesson for other who have such cruel, creepy mind and talks of feminism.
I was falsely charged by my wife under 498 A. I went into hiding for months. She is a govt engineer. She made my life hell. But now I am literally out. Back then when things got worse, I changed the lawyer. New advocate advised to proceed for criminal case against her by my mom ( thorn needs a thorn). My mom filed a case against her of intentional bodily harm. Court took up the case. My wife fearing demotion, suspension withdrawn her 498A against me. She is now fully cooperating to get my FIR removed. Once again mothers are great❤❤❤.

This is my case. My wife had filed multiple false cases on me and my family. She also got issued arrest warrant 8 times against me. Fortunately i got Advocate Amrita Manchanda and I changed my Advocate. Within one year Amrita Madam helped me to get divorce. Even though my evidence was discarded by family court becase i couldn't pay alimony, Amrita Madam took fantastic cross examination of my wife where all her lies were exposed. Thats how I got Divorce. @ goswamibk the Advocate here is Advocate Amrita Manchanda. I am thankful to Karnataka High Court Justice Nagprasanna for giving me justice.

Because this isn't some call center where you see people speaking fluent English for pennies. In this field, knowledge is the key not fluency in English
@@mukherjeepratip25 It has zilch to do with English, even if they were arguing the case in Hindi with this level of explanation on their simple thoughts, it would beat the basic first principles of communication. This isn't an extempore, this is a prepared court hearing, the lawyers must be crisp in their arguments and I have seen several cases where extremely crisp arguments are presented on UA-cam itself. Knowledge if not expressed concisely loses its value, that's all the point is.
I don't know why you think I am a call centre employee, or judge the whole workforce of contact centers for not having knowledge in anything but English, but that's the most Ill-informed comment I have seen. I am not a call center employee and even if i was, communication from the lawyers here would still be bracketed just 'acceptable'
