Paddy’s friend Ricky took his own life just days before the Scouser's fight with Jordan Leavitt at the O2 Arena.

I am an avid mental health awareness advocate and spoken word performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my UA-cam channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💚

It is important and I want to acknowledge that the thumbnail of this video has a image of him crying in the corner, which is essentially supporting his claim that when men show emotion they are exploited for it. He is absolutely right about the stigma against mental health and it is ruined many lives, and while I am still young (ish) at 29 I feel as if it's ruined a good portion of mine.

Hope you're doing better brother. While my situation may not be the same as yours, as someone who also struggles with his mental health I can understand the feeling. Keep strong my man, every day is a battle but just standing up each day to fight is half the battle won already.
