Fun fact. Orochi Iori was planned for KOF 2002 UM but they discarded him, it is not known if due to lack of time or due to balancing issues since his sprites and code are in the base game. Some people made a hack to fix his sprites in the steam version and now he can be used but it only works if your friend has the patch installed too.

The NESTS Bosses are my absolute favorites villains in KOF, all of them have awesome designs (except Krizalid without his coat) and I like how they are humans, not aliens, gods, demons, etc. They are humans that not only are powerful because of their special suits but also because of their unique powers. Igniz is probably one of the strongest normal humans in the series. The dude has the power of absorb and manipulate the energy from the stars and cosmos, no wonder he sees himself as God. Hope Igniz returns in KOF XV
As for the dubbing of the character "Zero", I guess it may be different from another character "Clone Zero", a clone who betrayed the organization, and a high-level cadre who devoted himself to the organization.
Original Zero's old voice makes him no different than the Clone Zero. They had to differentiate the voices to REALLY show the contrast in their personalities and characterization...which is why Original Zero had to sound more humble.
