  • Today is the 2nd time I tried brewing with the CT6.
Yesterday, I tried it with the Kin Grinder K6, and I am not so happy with the tasting notes I am getting. But that coffee was actually the Yunnan NO.2, an anaerobic honey processed coffee. I shall try again with the same coffee but replacing the grinder with ZP6.
Today's coffee beans are from Ethiopia Sidamo, roasted back in Jan 2024. It is a light roasted coffee with strawberry tasting notes. It's supposed to display sweet tasting notes .
The brew result today is very satisfying. A sweet cup coupled with a good body, and this is the type of coffee that I personally like. Of course, I also enjoy the clean and brighter and juicier tasting notes from the multipurpose burrs of my 98mm SSP.

Oh yes. I love the slower filter coffee routine! Thanks for liking it!

I can't remember where I saw this but you could try using the sink / tap opened full to convince the filter to fit nicely. Has worked for me on v60.
