Right on man. It’s about time people discovered somali food. It’s off the hook. Great review. The only issue is It’s 2am I was about to knockout but now I’m craving for somali food and McDonald’s ain’t gonna cut it.
haha love that mate 😂 thanks for the positive vibes, the food was crazy good, will do another video on Somali cuisine but visit some of the traditional spots next! stay off that McD's!
My people are some of the most hospitable people in the world, it’s a part of our culture 😊 Glad you enjoyed Somali food and that you did a full video on Somali cuisine. Love Roons she’s so lovely guys go check her out, Sabiib and London Grill Station too !
Great channel with a great array of foods that aren't often shown. The food looks lovely and what made it even better was seeing spotless kitchens. All the best Robbie ,enjoy the journey going forward 👍🏼
Thanks mate, I really want to not try and go to the same spots you see all over social media so I’m glad you’ve noticed that. I find a lot of food content quite boring so would like to bring something new to the table. Thanks for the wishes and positive vibes appreciate it 🙏
@streetfoodanalysis You're more than welcome,Robbie it's so well deserved. Different and refreshing. I moved out of London about twenty years ago, and I'm now in Kent. Every now and then, not as often as I'd like. I'll grab some Caribbean food ,it can be hit and miss, tho when it's good, it's incredible. I look forward to your posts, and im not really envious at all 😒 ok just a tad 😋
@@guyn5735 funnily enough I was saying the exact same thing about Jamaican food the other day. Definitely one of my favourite cuisines and when it’s on point it’s soo good! But sometimes it can be not good if it’s not an authentic spot - it’s a complex mix of flavours to get right I think. I’m actually living outside of London but only half an hour away…so I know the feeling of limited options !
I’ll be honest I knew almost nothing about it until a few weeks ago. I think it’s going to become more and more popular as more people realise how good it is. I’m looking forward to trying more and visiting some of the OG traditional spots
Somali people are some of the nicest most hospitable people from my experience. Definitely visit Al Kahf next!!!!
Just Googled it…looks good! Definitely will try and do a part 2…would love to try some of the more traditional spots like this one
Brilliant Channel loving the content
Thanks for the great feedback that’s so good to hear!

Would 100% agree with you, so far I’ve not found any other culture to be as hospitable and friendly!

Thank you for posting this video. Not a lot of people from the west are aware of Somali food.
