Green grass is a luxury feature and very few people can keep it green the entire yr. There's a reason these million dollar mansions still keep grass on most of the landscaping, it's timeless.
One major disadvantage with lawn grass is the water demand can make you go broke if prefer to irrigate it regularly. 5000 sf lawn area can easily take 5000 liters a day. Unless you have a borehole on site that gets very expensive.
Remember that having grass has it advantage and disadvantages having concrete slabs don't allow the rain to soak back into the soil which also can lead to flooding but me personally I must sit a side some space to grow my onion my tomatoes my ockro when I grow these I don't need to go and buy that money can go and buy something that I cannot grow myself
Great content 👏🏽 Who is your supplier for chippings and sand? Their rate is much lower than what I know. Is it because your site is located close to the source of these materials?
That's the mistake I spoke about. Ideally I should have done some filling also. Maybe when I get money in future I will do so But there is enough space which is leveled for people to sit as it is.
Which one is better? Concrete slabs, pavement and tiles? I like this slabs but my concern is the “Apotobrebre” fungal growth on the concrete especially in rainy areas.
Please how do you go about it if you want to pass an electrical and plumbing works under in the future for future development or if there's a faulty wiring or piping under since they can't be removed? Or🤔

I never considered grass to be a luxury. Thanks for your comment
Wow, wow! This’s not a cheap business! Demn.. well done.

Borehole is important.
Or leave ot to dry and it'll grow green when it rains. It what most grasses are kept.
@aberba unfortunately the Ghana heat will kill it. Some lawn grass species are resilient, but risk is not worth it IMHO.

True. But the design I have is a combination of the two. Rain can still go into the soil.
Very useful information. Thanks
