This is an excellent presentation. Here in the USA, there are very few choices for window and door protection, other than super cheap one-size-fits-all ( but poorly ) accordion gates, or fixed gates, which create safety issues, and difficulty cleaning windows. For storefronts, there used to be some custom sized ones that were very good... they have all but vanished, save but for one manufacturer... but yours are far more advanced in design.
This is excellent presentation. You spoke about making affordable or mid range quality, may I know why don't make some of top range quality as, well top attract those can afford the most expensive one?

I'm curious as to how you install those windows. How do you attach them to the stone/brick walls? Can burglars knock down the entire window?
The frames are bolted into the brick walls after plaster / dressing. It will be near to impossible to knock down the entire window given the strength of the bolts to window and mortar bond.
