Alot of companies force drivers to falsify the eld. Also drive with equipment that doesn't pass DOT inspection
They should be put out of business. Their time is coming.

Truck drivers are put in the middle, by the employer and the Law.. My employer hauls drums of flammable liquids in Curtain vans and many times unsecured. No one says anything due to fear of hours being cut.

How many points will be applied to the motor carrier CSA if a driver gets a warning for running a stop sign?

Yep, carriers can still receive points even if there’s no state citation.
