Guns N' Roses is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in March 1985 when local bands Hollywood Rose and L.A. Guns merged.
When they signed to Geffen Records in 1986, the band's "classic lineup" consisted of vocalist Axl Rose, lead guitarist Slash, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Duff McKagan, and drummer Steven Adler.
The current lineup consists of Rose, Slash, McKagan, guitarist Richard Fortus, drummer Frank Ferrer and keyboardists Dizzy Reed and Melissa Reese.

Axl’s vocal range was so intense that there is no way he could keep it up as he aged. It happens to all of us. Only we don’t get up on stage for 40+years putting even more stress on our voices. Just plain old Father Time, he’s a bitch.

sorry to say that the vocal is not good. If he had this vocal back then GNR would not have lasted. Same goes with Aerosmith also while Iron Maiden still rocks. I saw GNR few years back only because of Slash and Duff, but they still didn't sound that great.
Gee - heavy abuse to your vocal cords over the years with poor preparation & maintenance might have had something to do with that…? For a 60 something metal king - he’s fine.
