Hello Anna and welcome to the channel. I appreciate the support and the time you’ve taken to leave your comments. I didn’t know which one to reply to. This one does have many good features. The location itself is great!! The distribution is quite different from other homes in the area. Are you interested in the Ocala area?

@@Rayjack-m9o hello Ray. Welcome to the channel. I appreciate the support. This area is not connected to sewer, hence the need for septic tanks for the residential homes. You will see various of these collection/reservoirs throughout the community I case there is a lot of saturation during rainy times of the year. The area is entirely zone X, meaning not a flood zone. Statically this city is the least affected by storms during hurricane season. Often times builders install windows on a side entry garage for aesthetic purposes.
agree with some fixtures being very cheap with sinks. What I noticed now (with a wife) is they need drawers in bath counters! where would they put toothbrushes, makeup, hairdryers......
@@aaronstaeven312 Hello Aaron! Welcome to the channel. Thank you for watching the tour and for taking the time to leave a comment. Yes some features could’ve been better for this one. The layout is interesting. Definitely different from other options. You’re absolutely correct about the lack of drawers. I admit I missed that detail for this tour. I was too focused on the sinks I guess. Kudos to the Mrs for catching that one. Are there any features that you enjoyed for this home?
@@centralfloridalawncare8373 Welcome to the channel! I appreciate the support. You may have skipped over the part I mentioned the price. Just for future reference, I will always mention the price just as I’m walking into the home. This one is listed for $319,900.
Greetings, why do the majority of builders construct the homes level with rhe ground , and elevated at least 1 ft. It seems water and dirt just washed in .
@@hilarion7663 hello Hilarion. Thank you for watching the tour as for taking the time to leave a comment. For the most part I’ve seen slight grading away from the homes that I’ve toured for the channel. The video really doesn’t capture it well. There are various slopes within the area as well. Some homes may seem at higher elevations than others. This one in particular has a slight grading heading say from the home that is slightly noticeable when I show the backyard.
Love your videos

Ocala is naturally almost 100ft above sea level. It’s not a city like Naples that’s only 3ft above sea level.
Very cheap house no space for almost everything 😢
