Most of the people thinks that on NH the space after continous white line on the left side of the road is for 2 wheelers. Actually in our country there is no seperate lane for 2 wheelers. That white line is indicating the boder of the road. A little bit extra space is given for buffer. That buffer space always not clear. Sometimes it may occupied by some obstractles like sand or trees, someplaces it is too narrow, someplaces it may vanish. Driving on that space, especially 2 wheelers is more dangerous. Using left lane on the road is much better for 2 wheekers.
Government should implement compulsory dash cam on all trucks...

Many bus and truck drivers don't know any traffic rules and they start driving at an early age, learning from their seniors. Either the trucks should have drove in the slow lane or came back to the slow lane after overtaking. But here, the truck driver thinks, that everything is fine as he has given overtaking space to his left instead of right. And the car has no other option but to overtake from the left as the Truck driver can't understand what difference it would make to overtake from the fast lane.

इन सब cases में क्या होना चाहिए? law बना तो देती है but आगे पीछे का कुछ नही सोचती। अगर hit and Run case में न्यू law आया है तो mob outrage का law भी आना चाहिए। जब two wheeler वाले खुद negligance ड्राइविंग करके खुद injured होते है और दूसरो का नुकसान करते है तो उसपर भी १० लाख जुर्माना और कैद होनी चाहिए।

Good law, but few doubts... What if a person with suicidal intent jumps in front of your vehicle? What if on an expressway suddenly someone cross the road and you don't get time to break? How the driver will justify that it was not his fault? What if an animal suddenly run onto road and a heavy vehicle driver suddenly puts the brake but a biker or a car crashes behind it and dies. How the driver will justify his innocence? Dashcam is a good option, but it is an electronic device it can malfunction any point of time. Government needs to think practically about all these aspects and should come up with concrete solutions.
First know the full law it is not just one hit/accident occurs and driver is in jail

All this 'goodaism' takes place on the roads because our police are very lethargic and indifferent even if you alert them about rash driving and potential accidents on the road. Yesterday, I approached a traffic inspector in his Interceptor Ertiga vehicle and highlighted the issue of people continuously jumping a traffic signal in our city. He was parked just about 50 ft. from the point in a lane, but he showed no interest whatsoever to check the problem and rather showed total indifference. After a while I happened to pass the Interceptor again and found it locked with both the Inspector and the driver away from the vehicle.
Over the years, I have totally lost faith in our Police force as they do little or nothing to mitigate repeated issues on our roads.

Ertiga was completely worng, white line on left side indicates no lane change or left turn . As white line is not dotted. So no mistake of bike rider. Except for not wearing helmit.

6:12 bike was in the safe lane, he was a bit fast though. but the cause of accident might be the thick white stripe . it has reflective properties and its also slippery properties, since the bike dont have abs they lost traction and failed to manuvier. instead of close call they crashed

None of the dashcams mentioned in the description are useful because you can't read the number plates at night. I use the viofo A229 plus and though it's expensive, you can read number plates very well in both day and night due to the 2k Sony starvis 2 sensors in them.
