Bhai Venue driver ke sath jo hua, wo bas accident nahi tha. This is business which is being run now a days by many thieves in their area. In this local people and also in some places, police is also included. Venue driver should file FIR against them and if required, should file case in court.

Gundo choro se jyada dar toh police se lagne laga hai kyuki gunde chor ko peet sakte ho unpar haath utha sakte ho jarurat pade toh. Police se toh self defence bhi nahi kar sakte. Same as Karnataka police. I was once abused by khaki policemen and they extorted 500 rupees alleging that I was dealing with prostitutes when I stopped my car at an atm to withdraw money. They entered my car like rowdies and started hurling abuses. This was in 2018. I was so much furious, but couldn't do anything. 😢

If it's highway then 1lakh+ fine is necessary.
For inner citiy roads somewhere around 50 to 70k should suffice.
I almost crashed into a car who was driving on highway on wrong side. Had my whole family with me, stupid person would have casued a major accident.

Agar rule aa bhi jayega toh bhi Indian police sabse pehle dekhti hai apna fayeda kaise nikaale. Jab situation me kuch nahi bachta toh dono vehicles japt kar liye jaate hain in the name of further investigation and people involved in the accident are bribed.

I suggest to install the dashcam on all 4 sides of the car then its easy for us to file a case or FIR even if police is involved

Its happend in Sangareddy dist not hyderabad.Cyberabad is the one comissionarate out of 3 in hyderabad.It even not happen in either 2 commisionarate areas to take action.its simply comes under district police or highway police who are mostly corrupted.

This is punishment, and on the contrary, this will be exploited by the people driving on the correct side. If people know that just by doing a minor accident, they can get 5 lakhs, then obviously most people with entry and mid price level cars will engage in accident on purpose to try to extort money from the driver on the wrong side, which is objectively easier to do than extorting money from the driver on the correct side.
