Just a couple things I'd do to update; but love it!
You can also find less expensive categories depending on your needs. We moved to Johnson City this year and love it. A surprisingly wide range of shopping and medical care for a town this size. This is a big $ improvement over where we came from and the people here are awesome. Politeness and helpfulness are much different too.
