@@paynefuldiy yup
Where the existing cantilever is now, will that section of the roof be full concrete?
We are going to put board roof there
@@paynefuldiy ok, I was wondering why would you do it that way, if the entire roof would be concrete.
How much per yard for premixed concrete?
It was $24k at that time dont know how much now
Hi Payne. What's the current rate for tying of steel per ton? Also is the making of the stirrups a different cost?
It between $80 to $100k the cost depend on the amount of columns to make
@@paynefuldiyok. Thank you. And the making of the stirrups is a different cost?
Some ppl sell the stirrups but the steelman will price the job base on the amount of stirrups in the collumns and beams
So the cost will include into the per tun
@@paynefuldiyOK. Thanks much for your response. Big up. I enjoy watching your content as I'm currently building as well.
Bean steel cage should have 6 half inch steel next time n u must not cast the boxing all the way to the top leave out 4 inch beam top
Not all must have 6 steel i did 6 steels for downstairs but there is not going to be a third floor so im good
❤❤❤❤❤❤
