  • I present to you the final part of my 20022 Crochet Along - the WHOOPA CAL is now officially finished! The full pattern is available on Ravelry and on my website and here is the last tutorial out of 10 daily video tutorial I´ve been doing during the CAL - where I show you start to finish how to make the cardigan. Today I show you how to attach the pockets and block the cardigan, with my special slouchy blocking method to give it a great smooth final loook!
In this year's Crochet Along we will crochet my big cozy Whoopa cardigan together, and don't you worry, I'll be with you every step of the way! it's a 10 day CAL and I'll be doing daily video tutorials, where I break this fun and easy cardigan down into 10 parts and I'll crochet the cardigan along with you from start to finish! ... no need to do it in 10 days, but that is non the less a very manageable speed, I usually make mine in less than a week!
Now I know many of you shy away from making wearables, but then this here is definitely the place to start! It's all made in one piece and it's done in bulky yarn and on a 7 mm hook, so it works up crazy quick!
ok, are you you ready! who's with me!!!!? I for one am super psyched to get started!!!
    pattern available on Ravelry
    www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr...
    and on my website:
Note that the pattern is available with a 50% discount on both sites from now and until midnight next Sunday, November 13th. No code needed, the discount is applied automatically at check out! after that it will still be available, but at full price.
more info over in my Facebook group, where I'll host the CAL, please join us there!

I love spending time with Tinna. Watching her videos are like hanging out with my girlfriend. I avoided making a wearable until now, because I didn't think I could do it. But then my daughter bought me some beautiful yarn thinking it would make a pretty sweater. When I saw Tinna's Whoopa, I knew it would be perfect and it was. Thanks Tinna!

The best part of this CAL has been working along with Tinna on UA-cam, she's hilarious! I haven't had the opportunity to craft with my own craft group gang since Covid, and this gave me a beautiful cardigan and a sense of community. My son has claimed my first Whoopa, and my other son has requested one too. Hopefully I'll get to make one for me too! Until then, I will be crocheting along with Tinna and the rest of the crochet community! You should come too!

Late to the party as I just started mine on 2 March 2023. Long time knitter and intermittent crocheter-never crocheted a sweater before. This sweater was a great deal of fun and quite a compelling pattern to hook. I had leftover Lopi from felting projects and made this first one with leftovers as I didn’t want to wait for a full order to come. That yarn has arrived and I plan to chain on and begin my second one tonight. Thank you Tinna!

What a fantastic video on slouchy blocking! Respect to your video technician for standing in the shower throughout the filming!! I love how you keep everything real so that we're all creating our whoopa's together. I can't wait to get mine blocked and share the result. Thank you Tinna xx

I have thoroughly enjoyed making your Whoopa Tinna… ❤I was nervous to make the first one with £75 worth of pure wool yarn, but it turned out perfect… will be making many more… ❤❤
