I have heard of Robert Mensah while growing up. I am from Congo (former Zaire). This keeper was a legend in my country as well. His death shocked the nation given that it was few weeks after his game in Kinshasa against the TP Mazembe. I wasn't born at the time of his death but the old generation is still talking about Robert Mensah up to now Unfortunately, this documentary has no English subtitles
As a kid growing up, we were singing a song to celebrate him. "Robert Ansah goalkeeper number one, aka nansa na w'akɔ aburokyire, kwasea bi te hɔ ɛyɛ ne ya, w'akɔ fa pintoa ɔde awɔ nemfi.

Everything is on point. I was glued to my laptop and never wanted to blink an eye lol. Great production by all standards. I wished the old videos were longer though, back then people never understood the essence of keeping pictures and videos for future references.
Probably because there's no English subtitles. I have heard of Robert while growing up in the Congo. He was a legend in my country as well. I would have loved to see the subtitles in this video given that I don't understand Twi

Great work done, you’ve helped some of us to at least see his picture and hear the details of his story for the first time ...The legend lives on and May God keep his soul.
