I feel like not enough people are talking about how effective the tortoise bomb scene is. It's pretty replayed and recognized, but I think it should be more recognized, just because it does a great job of being really effective. It's so explicitly freaky, and I'm so impressed by how well it gets the viewer to understand Hank's trauma. Weirdly enough, it's probably the most relatable scene in the show for me because of how well it gives the nauseating feeling you get when you see something so strange and scary. You can't stop thinking about it, and you want to forget about it. Lots of people have experienced things like that, and I'm glad to see something that portrays that concept so well.
Pretty impressive to stay strong throughout every season. Most series fall off past the 1st or 2nd season. Hats off to them writers, especially since they came with the other gem, BCS and delievered good content once again.

Breaking Bad truly set the standard for shows about chemistry teachers becoming meth cooks after being diagnosed with cancer with the aid of their past student but taking it too far.
The crawlspace scene is so intense. I remember the first time being sat on the edge of my chair. The layering of the heartbeat style music, Walt laughing maniacally, Skyler's terrified expression and then the phone call from Marie. The silence when the episode ended left a ringing in my ears.
That aspiration scene is so damn raw. For me personally nothing drove home the horrific level of psychological change that Walt had gone through quite like that one. It felt like a gut punch the first time, and I guess it still does.
I love how walt tries to put out a raging fire with his shirt lol. It just shows you how very smart people often struggle with common sense simple tasks. It reminds me of my best friend who is very intelligent, but makes simple mistakes all the time.
22:59 best scene and acting ive ever seen in television. This was the moment walter truly broke bad and became Hiesenburg. Walt was gone at this point. He is the one who knocks.
How do you not put the scene when Jessie was about to kill the 2 drug dealers and Walter pulls up in his Pontiac Aztek runs the dudes over get out the car kicks the gun away from the drug dealer on the floor and Walter picks up the pistol and puts one in the head and just looks up at Jessie and says "RUN" that scene goes so hard!
The show is very much about the journey Walt takes to losing his "innocence". A good, but quiet man discovering his voice when be chooses to be bad and is successful at it.
The perfect song for each moment is part of the genius. "Black "at the end of Face Off kind of makes you sad and scared that Walt stooped so low..."DLZ" during the "stay out of my territory" scene makes you realize he's never stopping.
13:20 remains such a hard watch. What walter does here is just plain murder, and it's acted so well. Like, his first instinct is to save her. But you can see the cogs turning as he realises she is ruining Jesse's life. She got him back on the stuff. Idk if he cares for Jesse, or if he needs Jesse, but he makes the decision to save Jesse's life by not saving her.

I’m with you Lass breaking bad is certainly one of the best shows ever created (top ten hands down) but best show ever title belongs to the wire check it out
@@samuelhepworth5490 100% agreed
The Big Bang, Suits, Desperate house wives, Better call saul... . .
That scene with Jesse at 24:04 is great.
The entire show provides you with a great perspective on who "the danger" is.
Even after a decade and change this show is still the best
Top ten show ever made 🤝
Everything about Breaking Bad Is iconic! It is a masterpiece.
First time ever, the 44 minute long video made me feel just 4 mins passed. No wonder Breaking Bad is a freaking best series of all time, of this 21st century so far.
A show that gets better with every season.
The "You're God Damn right" is the best line in the series
The fact that almost every moment makes almost the same time of a breaking bad episode is impressive
Strange to see how relatively innocent Walt was in season one.
But the beast named Heisenberg was already there...
innocent? the first episode walt totally blackmails jesse into cooking with him. theres a lot that i want to know about walt that happened to him before we meet him because accelerates super fast.
He was... breaking bad
Not really, the whole point of the show was to show the progression of a good intended person becoming the monster
@@PoolPartyPapi Not really, the whole point of the show was to show who Walter White really is
All of jesses and Walt’s scenes where they were getting along with each other is iconic. Especially bc how the show ends
And dont forget about the movie where we get to see how Jesse gets away to Alaska. I love it.
I didn't even register that maybe Walt's son being named after him could be showing how is ego was always a little up there
so naming your child after you is a sign of ego now?
@@Deras_Playlisti think he meant that as for just Walters egotistical nature and not every single father that has a (blank) Junior as a son
the whole crawlspace sequence is one of the most emotionally gripping and bone chilling scenes perhaps in TV history.
I AM THE DANGER… I AM THE ONE WHO KNOCKS are such cold lines
I'm guessing you've never seen the old severed head on a tortoise before.
@@dam11232 **emasculation noises**
Nobody ever mentions the tortoise. RIP.
@@1future797no tortoises were harmed in the filming of that episode ❤️
If there was an oscar for best casting, this is the show
SO many. One of the many reasons it's one of, if not THE greatest tv show of all time.
It's one of, it doesn't beat The sopranos
@@finger3306 Yes it does. So does The Wire, True Detective season one and possibly even Fargo.
Pretty impressive to stay strong throughout every season. Most series fall off past the 1st or 2nd season. Hats off to them writers, especially since they came with the other gem, BCS and delievered good content once again.
One of the few shows to get better with every season.
Listen guys can we all just agree that The Sopranos, The Wire and BB are goated
Can't be a good mash up of iconic moments without Mike Ehrmantraut
Waltuh
@@Xpwnxageput you d word waltuh
@@Xpwnxage water
This is a cinematic wonder. I canot compare any other show or serial to this. Those who say GOT is better don't understand the depth that this series presents. Simply irreplaceable.
Nah, BCS was really good too
You know the series is GOATed when 44 minutes of most iconic moments doesn't even cover 1/3rd of all the iconic moments
Those back to back Jesse scenes with Walt in the hospital and then shooting Gale were a brutal sequence..
I love the scene where Walt throws the explosive crystal.
Well, how did they live and how the bag didn't daisy blew?
@@foreignfat6009wondering that as well
It's a quicksilver
How did it not blow walts legs off
The scene with jesse and Gail is so tragic
I was literally watching the scene as i read your comment. I almost think youtube arranges comments by most liked at the top then by time snap below because it happens all the time ⏲️ 😅
So many iconic moments although many are missing here.
this is truly one of the shows of all time
it had actors who acted
writers who wrote
viewers who viewed
truly a show
one of the shows of all time defo
Show is showing
Film is Filming
Series is Serial
Woah. This show isnt just showing. Its showing more than any other show has ever showed before.
Breaking Bad truly set the standard for shows about chemistry teachers becoming meth cooks after being diagnosed with cancer with the aid of their past student but taking it too far.
Truly the show of all time
The crawlspace scene is so intense. I remember the first time being sat on the edge of my chair. The layering of the heartbeat style music, Walt laughing maniacally, Skyler's terrified expression and then the phone call from Marie. The silence when the episode ended left a ringing in my ears.
Say what you want about Skylar as a character but Anna Gunn did a great job
Ofc. She was important for the story. i think people who dislike her character dont really understand it
Phenomenal job she did
every single angle, every song, just all of it is just so perfect.
This show is a modern masterpiece. Lucky to have lived to see it
That aspiration scene is so damn raw. For me personally nothing drove home the horrific level of psychological change that Walt had gone through quite like that one. It felt like a gut punch the first time, and I guess it still does.
Which Scene?
@@ILeMaHPiX the one where walt chooses to let Jane die when he could and should have saved her from choking to death in her sleep.
@@usaturnuranusohhhh you mean asphyxiation. I was confused for a moment lol
@@MitchaK85 yeah, but I was referring to it as aspirating her vomit. Either way works.
My late step father NEVER watched TV sitcoms, Never. He and I watched all 61 episodes together and he loved it.
Thank you for taking the time to upload these great scenes, for all of us to enjoy,.
I love how walt tries to put out a raging fire with his shirt lol. It just shows you how very smart people often struggle with common sense simple tasks. It reminds me of my best friend who is very intelligent, but makes simple mistakes all the time.
His ego and arrogance made him kind of to an extent…less of a pure genius
22:59 best scene and acting ive ever seen in television. This was the moment walter truly broke bad and became Hiesenburg. Walt was gone at this point.
He is the one who knocks.
HEISENBERG
I've watched Breaking Bad from start to finish 3 times and still want to watch it over 😂
How do you not put the scene when Jessie was about to kill the 2 drug dealers and Walter pulls up in his Pontiac Aztek runs the dudes over get out the car kicks the gun away from the drug dealer on the floor and Walter picks up the pistol and puts one in the head and just looks up at Jessie and says "RUN" that scene goes so hard!
Yeah that was amazing. Thats when walt truly started to create a empire of his own and learned the street code.
Definitely, that was the moment I got hooked on the show.
Letting jane die was the most stone cold act ever imo
I was born in 1999 and I dont know the meaning or imo. Can you please tell me ?
Also she was safe befote Walt changed her position, which makes it worst
@@thenewmdzak in my opinion
He has an audiobook where he discussed that scene. It got to him because he pictured his own daughter.
I hope there is a fictional universe as compelling as this one again.
In danger?
I am the danger.
That scene got me to start watching the most fascinating show to hit the tube in my time.
@michael byrne 😂 there's a lot of good one liners in the whole series. Wish they'd come up with a follow up. Better call Saul is cool.
The show is very much about the journey Walt takes to losing his "innocence". A good, but quiet man discovering his voice when be chooses to be bad and is successful at it.
The tighty whites was such a great costume choice. I wonder if they couldve predicted how iconic this scene would become!
man bryan is such a good actor. it's incredible
Felt worse for the turtle than the DEA officers tbh
The tortoise never knew what hit him: He was too busy munching premium lettuce, back at the Hollywood Reptile Ranch :D
That first scene alone is a beauty
The mind game that Walt and Gus's play to get to each other before the other is rewatchable a million times
4:01 I never noticed that Howard Dean "YEAHHHH!" sample during the explosion scene until now 😂
Best TV show of all time. Not a question.
I love how Walt seemed perfectly okay with prison shanking Badger that early in the show
" I am the one that knocks" awesome line.
😢 it's soooooo friggin' rough... cryin' rn
The actor who played hector did such a phenomenal job without even having to utter a word.
Missing out the ATM scene from Peekabo. Saul's advert. Todd and the train aftermath. the whole car ending. So many but still great way to relive some of the best moments
Wish i could go and rewatch this whole series for the first time again. Thats how great it is.
