Heck Yeah
Sam: I could come with you.
Cap: To the 1940’s? We wouldn’t exactly be sharing a seat on the bus, buddy.
Oh. My. God.😂
LOL
Lol
lmao
Dude, Idk what to say right now 😂😂😂
For sure, bucky knew what was going to happen
I think Steve talked with the only person he trusted most, of what he would do after returning the stones and the hammer.
he literally said in twatws "if he's wrong about you then he's wrong about me" to sam, meaning they've talk about this beforehand, even when steve already made his mind passing the mantle to sam at the exact place he left
He said I’m gonna miss you so he knew.
Of course he knew, that's why he smiled when Steve didn't come back.
Steve had to spend the time with Peggy to make a new life
I definitely feel like Bucky knew exactly what Steve was thinking. It just seems so obvious.
And he wasn't overly surprised seeing old Steve on the bench .
“I’m gonna miss ya, buddy.”
Bucky knew.
Bucky: *"Gonna* *miss* *you,* *buddy"*
Why do I got the feeling Bucky knew what was going to happen? 😢😢😢
He did. To him, it was a life that finds way too priceless to the things he lost. Because all those years, he tried to find more closure, with the person he loves in the past...Truthfully. Can't believe it's THE LAST time we've seen him.. But always at peace with himself. 😌
They both knew exactly what they were talking about. That’s why cap says don’t do anything while I’m gone and Bucky says he will miss Steve
@@un6250Cap says "Don't do anything stupd till I get back" not while Im gone. Although Bucky knew Cap is not coming back.

@@un6250 it's alright haha..
It must have been trippy as hell having to live through the past until the present. How many times do you think he missed the advanced tech, and how many times he talked about things from the present.
This is a bit of a fantasy of mine, like achieve fully-regenerative immortality, then go back in time, say 5000 years, then live through the ages.
Then, from your perspective, you've not seen your friends for like 5000 years, but from their perspective, it's been one day, yet you seem so different.
Imagine waiting all that time for your friends to be born, growing up, and waiting for this exact moment.
Probably not many times. He'd lived the great majority of his life in the first half of the 20th century, he only lived in our era for a couple years.
I guess it must've been like waking up from a really weird, super long dream
@@oskazar A couple years is an understatement. It was at least several years, but I get your point. It was more so a point od him talking about stuff from the future but in the past. How many times he almost mentioned something about it.
@@oskazar Yes, but what's most recent will always be most prevalent in your mind.
If you travelled back in time to the 90's, you'd be missing current technology even though you yourself (maybe) lived through it before.
I really love that Bruce was the last of the founding avengers members who got to have a conversation with Steve before he decided to leave.
I would really want the other 3 of the original 6 to reunite for one last time

Regarding how Steve Rogers/Captain America returned the six Infinity Stones at the conclusion of the _Endgame_ film, there’s an online FanFiction story entitled “The Infinity Stones Return: Captain America’s Final Adventure.” This story is written in the form of a heavily detailed plot-summary for an eight-episode mini-series.
The first episode takes place before Captain America (hereafter called “Cap” for short) begins his journey, and shows Professor Hulk rebuilding the time machine and Scott Lang/Antman volunteering for the initial test run. This involves a return-trip to Clint Barton’s pre-snap home to put back the baseball glove that was taken during the original test-run. Afterward, Doctor Strange explains why the stones have been placed in the briefcase and reveals that the Tesseract, Orb, and Sceptre have been shrunken down to fit in Cap’s pockets and will be re-enlarged after he arrives in the past to re-contain their respective stones at the proper time.
In the second episode, Cap visits the Ancient One in 2012 prior to the arrival of his earlier self in New York. There, she uses the combined power of the six stones in the briefcase to cast future-dated spells that will make the 2012-2014 timelines reset themselves once the heisted stones have been returned to their proper places. Afterwards, she transports to the roof of the New York sanctum where she gives Hulk the original version of the Time Stone after first putting on a performance-act of initial resistance and surprise to ensure he understands the importance of returning the stones afterward. She then reclaims the returned-version from Cap’s briefcase.
In the third episode, the Ancient One continues to assist Cap by helping him recapture Loki and returning him into SHIELD custody along with the stolen 2012-Tesseract (after future-Tony and Scott have fled the scene of course). Afterwards, the re-enlarged Sceptre re-containing the Mind Stone is given back to the Hydra goons, thus triggering the first timeline-reboot spell which erases everyone’s memory of the wayward events. However, the final scene then reveals that since Loki misused the Space Stone’s power in the wayward timeline, a branch-timeline was nevertheless still created, thus requiring the TVA to intervene.
In the fourth episode, Cap shoots forward to 2013 where he re-teams with the Ancient One for the journey to Asgard. There, they work together to neutralize Heimdall before putting the Reality Stone/Aether back into Jane Foster’s body and returning the enchanted hammer to a comically confused Thor. Afterward, the timeline is then likewise reset to erase everyone’s memories.
The fifth episode has Cap shooting forward again to 2014 where he and the Ancient One return the re-enlarged Orb containing the Power Stone back to the temple on Morag after first making a brief but necessary side-trip to delay Korath’s arrival and prevent his interference. The sixth episode then has Cap being sent to Vormir where, in order to return the Soul Stone, he must first contend with a temporarily freed Red Skull and a temporarily resurrected Natasha Romanoff.
The start of the seventh episode then reveals that, with the two stones from 2014 returned, the timeline has also now been reset so that everyone’s memories have been erased and that exact duplicate/replacement versions of Thanos, Gamora, and Nebula have been created to take the place of their original counterparts who jumped forward to 2023.
Before travelling back to 1970 and then further back to 1946 though, Cap first reveals to the Ancient One that Doctor Strange had previously placed a charmed spell over Cap’s aura so that no one in the past would be able to recognize who he really is unless he wants them to. Hence, Peggy would be able to see Cap in his true form when he returns to her whereas everyone else would see him as somebody different. This would then enable him to easily change his name and assume the identity of a former G.I. whose unit was rescued by Captain America during the war as per the reference in the _Winter Soldier_ film. This also then explains why the younger Cap didn't recognize his older self at Peggy's funeral during the _Civil War_ movie.
In the last part of this seventh episode, Cap returns to 1970 and puts the re-enlarged Tesseract containing the Space Stone back in the vault, then proceeds up to Hank Pym’s lab to put back the four replenished vials of Pym Particles. Upon arriving in the lab however, he is unexpectedly intercepted by the TVA. The final episode then has Cap being recruited by the TVA to fight the Red Guardian in 1984 before being allowed to return to 1946 and live happily ever after.
Hope you enjoy reading the story in full on the FanFiction website. Cheers!
Enjoyed that, thanks! I have wondered how Steve could have continued life in the 40s without causing a paradox of some sort, glad someone else put some thought into it.
So he basically became a double of himself in the same timeline as ever, and got to live a normal life with Peggy while Captain America was frozen in the ice, right? I love that.
What a brilliant theory that a spell from Dr. Strange enabled Steve to live a private life in the past without being recognized by everybody he met unless he wanted them to. That makes so much sense! I've often wondered how the heck he could possibly have "a simple life" when everyone must've recognized him. This explains it well.
@@BaileysMarinerthat is casues of timeline will changs.
By far the coolest cap suit next to the winter soldier stealth suit
Sam really just wanted to Time Travel for once, thats why he offered.
1:20 Cap knew what was going to happen as well. That look he gives was at his older self, sitting a bit away
0:43 You're taking all the stupid with you.
"Don't call me stupid, stupid!"😂😅
"And returning in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1..."
*"What the- where is heck is he?* Why isn't this thing working? Hulk smash!" 😥
This is showhow the most high quality 1440p video I've ever seen.
*0:44*
I like how *Steve Rogers* is now saying that line to *Bucky Barnes* in this film, since, *Bucky Barnes* started saying *”Don’t do anything stupid till I get back”* to *Steve Rogers* in *Captain America: The First Avenger (2011).*
Captain America’s adventures thru time putting the stones back would be an awesome tv show/movies that
Chris Evans can play until he’s literally old.
I like how in the same movie they say "time doesn't work like that"
To Steve doing literally just that.
I know Steve had to return the stones the moment they took them. But considering all the craziness that happened just to get them, it makes me wonder how he would do that. In my mind, it would make sense to give them to himself just as they arrived to collect them. That way, the past versions of themselves wouldn't know they were there, and nothing would be altered or changed in the slightest. You know.
For plot reasons, him giving the stones directly to the past avengers gives them and the audience assurance that they win, and ruins a lot of the tension
Yeah obviously they were written to win from the start but the immersion pulls you away from that, this breaks it
This couldve been a what if episode lol
"Steve, do you think our D+ series or movie will be any good?" "No. I don't think they will."
“Clip all the branches” has more meaning to it
Crazy how much Steve talked down on Stark for not being enough of a hero, but in the end, Stark always was the one trying to keep everything together, making the suits, trying to help humanity, gathering supes... he even finally had a family, but he died. He gave his life so that his biggest critic could live out his with the woman he loved.
Didn't Steve create a new branching timeline by staying and living his life until he was old?
I guess, but since the TVA didn't interfere, maybe it was supposed to happen in the grand scheme of the universe.
It was supposed to happen
The entire timeline is a paradox because cap had to already came back to the past before for him to appear on endgame as an old man
@@bellaqua4324 Cap went to the past, created a parallel timeline, aged there and returned to this timeline. Pretty simple.
@@professorx3060 No he didn't. He missed the return point on the time machine.
He went to the past, within the same timeline, and stayed there. Came back the long way around.
@@khinweepangbut he can't come back cause he created a new timeline, in which he aged. That twist contradicts their own concept of time travel.
I found a loophole here.
When they go back to 1970 New Jersey to retrieve the Space Stone, it’s within the Tesseract.
Now, presumably they had to break open the Tesseract to use the Space Stone in Tony’s nano-gauntlet.
However, when Steve goes back to clip off the branch timelines, the Space is in the briefcase by itself, without no Tesseract encasing it.
So… how does Steve put the Space Stone back into the Tesseract to put it back into its hiding spot back in 1970???
I love the finally of Avengers Endgame
They even tease it earlier in the movie with Cap taking two red capsules.
He took 4 pym particles 2 for him and tony to go back in their timeline and 2 for returning the stones
Wow it's been really five years...time flies by...

This is why Bucky is the Best friend.
I do you one better: Steve and Bucky are brothers.
They born into different families, it's true, but Bucky always acted as a big brother for him. A big brother who loves and stands up for the younger sibling, no matter what.

I just re-watched the whole series of avenger movies again and out of all the tv shows, movies, and animes I’ve ever seen I don’t think I’ve ever been hit quite like I was at the end of this movie. The realization…. How do you lose iron man, captain america, and black widow all in one movie? Like, imagine watching dragon ball without goku, vegeta, or bulma.
I know it corny to equate these things to deaths, but RIP to this Phase of the Avengers. Shit was legendary 🔥
The giant glasses the Hulk is wearing 😂
Some of these actors def saw the writing on the wall for Marvel and got out at the peak.
A couple of things that could be done to bring back Cap, and Iron Man, (if the actors wanted to come back, and Disney wanted to pay them) were already seen. The effects on Scott Lang, before Stark came in, when attempting time travel, reverted him to both an old man and an infant, so an "Old Cap" in a time of desperation could attempt the same. Iron Man's body was never shown at the end of the movie, only his arc reactor, floating away, so where was his body? Shield has the means to revive some individuals (Coleman) or Starks own nanobites conceivably could do the same (with a good writer at the helm).
Would've been better if bucky said "How could I? We've already won the war."
Why?
@@Isaacisaperson4677 Because the dialogue is a callback to their dialogue in the first movie when Bucky is shipping out to war

We need this movie, a movie about Cap taking back all the stones. You know he had to have some adventures and tribulations in completing that goal.
The fact that after Tony's sacraface they had to remove the stones and gauntlet from his body is something really scary to think about
1:57 *BEST PART*
It seems like Captain Rogers has a retirement plan
The reason Hulk couldn't bring back Natasha is that Nat's soul is alive as a soul stone. Like Red Skull said: soul for a soul. So he couldn't use her to revive her because that's contradiction.
This continuation needs to happen soon

They're going to be the biggest movies ever made in superhero history
Honestly, even though marvel have destroyed themselves now (probably thanks to disney), i'm happy we got a complete and amazing timeline till endgame.
REST IN PEACE CAPTAIN STEVEN ROGERS.
Chris Evan’s looks way smaller in this one. He could have beefed up more.
What if...Avengers: Endgame had a different ending, a combination of Back to the Future pt. 2 & The Maze Runner: The Death Cure? Where Sam receives a letter from Steve in the past? Just asking/saying!
I really do hate this. I know it's because Chris Evens was leaving, but this goes against Cap's character so much
They should make a movie about cap returning the stones
How does cap put the powerstone back inside the orb, reinject the reality stone aeither back inside of Jane when not even asgardians couldn't do it themselves to take it out of her,put the mind stone back into Loki's sceptar, put the time stone back into Dr Strange's necklace, and what does cap sacrifice in order to return the soul stone to red skull?
To return the time stone, he just has to hand it back to the Ancient One. And there's no need to make a sacrifice in order to return the soul stone to Vormir.
Quit cutting scenes short just for more clicks.
This is the second best stealth suit of Cap
So did captain america really fight Kang as he traveled through the quantum realm? when he mentioned "you're not the one with the hammer?" cap and antman we're wearing similar outfits to travel
