It's far easier to replace the shaft if the circlip gap is set to 12 o'clock

I couldn't believe it until I tried it, I couldn't get it back on but its on a few youtube movies and it's works. Hopefully I won't need to do it again

Great vids is ok to put a blank plate on my egr valve on my freelander 2

Thank you! 😊 Hmmm to be legal in the UK we wouldn't advise fitting a blank plate to the EGR as it could fail the MOT.
