Most men know TRT and steroids have side effects, but in this video I want to discuss some of the dangers many men don’t know about or don’t consider. These are the detailed heart risks, the risks from elevated red blood cells and iron deposition, and BPH. For each, I discuss the risks and how they differ from TRT doses to steroids, and excessive doses of testosterone in between. I also give specific action plans for avoiding and monitoring these risks, and if necessary, addressing the conditions they cause. If you’re on or considering TRT or steroids, watch this video!

Even if you understand it, there is still a web of downstream and upstream effects that should be monitored and everyone responds to TRT differently. Then, everyone responds to the drugs differently that are used to normalize the side effects or health parameters. As I found out for myself, it can turn into a very daunting and convoluted endeavor. Personally, I am taking a break for the time being to give my body a break and reassess from there.

If I'm not on TRT and know all of this I can imagine someone who is on it would educate himself and also know it. Or do I give too much credit to people? Also if you are on real TRT with a reasonable dose (80-100mg/week) and stay within range it should mitigate these side effects. Above that it is not TRT anymore. It's steroid abuse.
