Inspired mate you're a great inspiration at the present moment in my life I'm 5 months clean ✨️ and I feel great saying that my emotions are all over the place I feel like I'm at a crossroads in my life I'm really into fitness and nutrition I've just finished a nutrition course off the net.. I do yoga daily, meditate I really want to start going to the gym but what I've found been clean is my anxiety fluctuates from day to day I know there's only me can do it..thankyou for sharing your journey ✌️
Well done 👏🏿 It’s no mean feat, I’d say definitely get to the gym a couple of times a week and just do 30 mins Depending on wether you’re doing weights or cardio based training you just need to start off light. Also try walking a few times a day or once if possible . Exercise is the best thing for anxiety and getting over the hump after addiction How long was you using for ?

Well done I love watching videos that involved people changing there lives round and making themselves the best versions of themself. I'm in early recovery myself and I've put all the money and effort I put into going out into fitness like yourself and its never been better.
