      Appreciate Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Chireetler Exclusive Workouts Rule (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning how to burn fat fast using a unique super hero method without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my close friend Aubrey finally got great results with it.

      It will strengthen your core. The only problem is those are not for beginners. You have to have foundational strengthening first. These 3 excecises are basic and will only help you to get strong enough to start doing russian twists, dragon flies etc

      The Kaizen Man i use a few variations of what you have here. I also like to use T planks and low seated stand up movents. Excellent for middle-aged to the older generation too. I am sometimes surprised how so many people do not have the strength to simply stand up from a seat or the floor with confidence.

    • @TheKaizenProjekt
      @TheKaizenProjekt  7 років тому +2

      I want to preface this response by telling you that I'm not a doctor. However, in this matter, my understanding is that a hiatus hernia is an internal condition - part of the stomach has herniated through the diaphragm up next to the esophagus in the chest cavity. It usually presents with symptoms similar to acid reflux - as such I believe lifestyle changes that can adequately manage acid reflux are effective here as well - limiting exposure to anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen, consuming little alcohol, caffeine, not smoking, and staying away from carbonated beverages, citrus and high acidic foods such as tomatoes. Further, small portions and staying upright after meals/ingestion for about 1 hour can be effective. Hope that helps, but remember I am not a doctor.

      You can do these exercises 3-4 times a week. They're safe to train with because they are low-impact. As long as you're maintaining your form in the lumbar spine, I wouldn't worry about over-training the core.

      You can do these exercises every day if you want to. My recommendation is to do these 3-4 times a week and allow the body time to rest and recover. You'll see more gains that way.

      The Kaizen Man Well I did the regular plank and the side p lank and boy was I sweating! I couldn't figure out how to do the boat plank though. Also many thanks for the feedback. I will take your advice. Have a great day. :)

      Awesome ! Yes the plans are harder than they look .. Keep working on those. For boat pose, start by grabbing the back of your thighs, and keeping your knees and feet together when you lift your feet; the key thing to focus on is balancing on your sit bones, and keeping your chest and thighs close together.

    Nice, great video. Fore each exercise, how long do you hold for?
    Training your core, how many times a week would you recommend?

    • @TheKaizenProjekt
      @TheKaizenProjekt  3 роки тому +2

      1-2 minute holds for the planks, less for the side planks. 3 sets each and daily if you like

    hey i have SI joint problems and i have a weak core. Do you think that if i get my core strong my SI joint pain will go away?

    • @TheKaizenProjekt
      @TheKaizenProjekt  7 років тому +1

      First and foremost, I'm not a doctor nor do I pretend to be one on the internet. From my understanding, SI joint problems can be caused by inactivity and tightness in the SacroIliac joint, the function of which is to connect the spine with the pelvis and act as a shock absorber for the spine.
      In that regard, having a strong core will help because your core will be engaged in carrying the weight of the torso, which will alleviate the pressure from the SI joint. But, I would definitely refer to a health care professional if you haven't already before you start treatment of any sort.
      I will also refer you to my video about mobility, as our joints need to be mobile to remain healthy. ua-cam.com/video/j28WZy1l-DQ/v-deo.html
      Using the exercises in the above video in conjunction with core strength would be the approach I would take in this case.
      Hope this helps and please share your progress in this matter.
      Thank you

      eat your macros - work out legs and core. amount of food depends on the weight class you want to fight in and your height. do you have a coach you can consult?

    I think the bench press squat and deadlift works too right?

    • @TheKaizenProjekt
      @TheKaizenProjekt  4 роки тому

      For strengthening your core? They do, but having a weak core can also negatively impact your form and add load to the lumbar spine, especially during squatting.

      Thank you ! You can do 3-5 rounds of the exercises, and time your holds for the planks and boat pose. 1 min for plank, and start with 30 seconds for side plank and boat and work your way up from there. All the best !

    • @TheKaizenProjekt
      @TheKaizenProjekt  6 років тому +1

      You can do them everyday if you like because they are pretty low impact. That being said, 3 times a week is plenty. It depends on your goals, keep in mind these exercises will build strength, but once you have achieved that you can add more challenging variations

    How many months does it take to get visible abs if I am training 3 hours everyday ? Example I am doing( yoga, weights and boxing) one hour each everyday and each training include core workout in it... Thanks in advance..
    PS: I just have a little bit of stomach protruding outside 😅 size 32..

      it really depends on what you eat and what kind of body type you have and how old you are. I for example am skinny, have a high metabolism and im 17 years old. i eat 6 meals every day and dont need to worry about eating burgers and unhealty shit, and still my abs are visible. most people would look at it as a blessing, but i feel like its a curse, i cant even bulk!!

    • @TheKaizenProjekt
      @TheKaizenProjekt  5 років тому +1

      Firstly, I want to commend you on being active and taking your physical exercise seriously. In terms of visible abs, a lot depends on nutrition. Eating the right foods at the right time of day can make a huge impact. Look into Intermittent Fasting and Cold Showers, both of which help in cutting fat so our abs can show. You can search through my channel or other sources for videos on these topics.

    • @TheKaizenProjekt
      @TheKaizenProjekt  3 роки тому +1

      good question - you can plan the foot of the top leg in front of the hips as a way to increase support and take some of the pressure of the shoulders. Alternatively, you can skip this exercise and focus on other core strengthening exercises while also doing isometric shoulder strengthening exercises.

    Does a stronger core necessary help to learn push up faster ???

    • @TheKaizenProjekt
      @TheKaizenProjekt  6 років тому +2

      Think of core weakness as a leak in a tire. If air is constantly seeping out, the tire loses its efficiency. A weak or inactive core causes an energy leak in the body, making it less efficient.
      Having a stronger core helps in lifting the torso by activating the muscles in the midsection, thereby, making the pushup easier, and faster (if focusing on exploding off the ground).
