I'm happy this game added to the overall lore of the series. It was better than TotK in that regard. The Golden Goddesses actually *speaking* to us directly for the first time is very cool. A lot of people thought that the Golden Goddesses disappeared and left the Light World in the care of Hylia. But nope, they're still there, watching events unfold and intervening when they deem appropriate. I guess they just don't really want to talk to Link for whatever reason, lol. This is the *first time* we've actually seen the Triforce split apart after a failed Triforce Wish with our own eyes, afaik. We actively see that Null's virtues are unbalanced and it responding by splitting apart to house itself in specific people. In OoT, it happened off-screen when Link was asleep in the Temple of Light. In WW, it already happened and Link has to assemble the Triforce of Courage. In TP, it happened in the past with the timeline split. In ALBW, the Triforce was already split and Link was bestowed the Triforce of Courage by the Sages. We already know what happens when someone with unbalanced virtues attempts to wish on the Triforce, but seeing it happen in front of us was cool to see. Seeing another member of the Demon Tribe with Null is very cool too. I think the 'void of chaos' before the Golden Goddesses made the world, and where all demons come from, can be lost in translation for many English speakers. We've known for a while that's where they come from (like Demise, Malladus, Bellum and probably Majora) and it is touched upon in OoT, SS and ALBW to some extent, but the English translation tends to shy away from the primordial 'void of chaos' and Demon Tribe lore aspects for whatever reason, giving English players misunderstandings about the cosmology of the series. Now that it is more front and centre with Echoes, it should be clearer for English-speakers to understand how the Zelda universe operates.
When do the Golden Goddesses *speak?* Also, didn't Bellum hail from a different dimension entirely to have been born in the same void from Hyrule's dimension? @@sowietdoge6259 But, couldn't the goddesses's dialogues be like a prerecorded message of some kind which they left behind within the mortal realm for Zelda to listen to while they continue to watch over the world from "the Heavens"? I can't see why the use of a set of words magically means it is the exact same place across several parallel realms/dimensions when Majora's Mask, Phantom Hourglass and A Link between Worlds confirm the existence of parallel realms/dimensions which are completely detached from Hyrule's realm/dimension. Exactly what you said, he was said to have been sealed within that "Dark Realm" you mention, which i'm pretty sure was also mentioned by Onox and Veran in the Oracle games as the place from which they come from, without ever explicitly confirming wether that is the place in which they were born and if it's the same "Void of Chaos" you talk about from which Malladus and Demise (and supposedly Null) originate. Navi left Link without saying anything, Link went to look for his friend and eventually ended up in termina. A place of death.

Maybe it’s become a myth so old that no records of what it’s actually called remain. Ganon and his monsters (and whatever villains also strike when Ganon isn’t around) regularly destroying things probably doesn’t help with keeping records of the past.
Huh. Never thought about that. I always thought that the knowledge about the Triforce was this thing every denizens of Hyrule were taught since childhood like a very popular fairytale.
@@Gazing-09We’ve already seen it forgotten before. Like in WindWaker, where the memory was so gone, only one that kinda remembered it were the fish guys, and they called it the Triumph Forks lol
TP refers to it exclusively as the chosen power of the gods relative to the chosen bearers in lieu of its actual name. But to be fair, the Triforce has factually gone by several different monikers throughout the series. Its been referred to as the "True Force", the "Master Force", the "Supreme Power", the "Gods' Legacy", the "Golden Power", etc. "Prime energy" is another addition in an already extensive list.
as I think of it this is probably a case where the threat simply isn’t connected to the curse; but happens during that cycle anyway, since we already see ganon get beat up at the beginning of the game
Probably in between A Link between Worlds and the original The Legend of Zelda on NES as the geography of this game's Hyrule ressembles that of both A Link to the Past and A Link between Worlds before the kingdom changed shape and became the Hyrule we see in the original TLoZ and Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link.
Honestly, no idea. Most of the game suggests adult timeline to me, but echo Ganon existing suggests downfall. I guess technically Ganon did briefly exist in adult, so that where I'd place the game.
Based on some of the map locations, it may be based on the map of A Link to the Past, so it could take place an indeterminate period after A Link Between Worlds. Ganon has been all but forgotten (he's referred to as a "blue monster"), and even the nature of the Triforce is forgotten, as it's called the "Prime Energy". If you consider Null to be the true source of all evil in Hyrule, it feels like the last Zelda game in a timeline.
Null might be the most terrifying and most powerful villain in a Zelda game. It feels like it's even stronger than TotK's Ganondorf and also far superior to its own Ganon. Ganon's scepter created a villain way worse than he is himself.
Edit to my previous Comment: After a bit of thinking I realized Null might be basically similar to Chaos from Castlevania. Chaos is the Antithesis to God, it is an entity residing in the Chaotic Realm that feasts from the Evil within mankind. It can give certain Individuals the title of Dark Lord and use them kind of as a Puppet to bring Pain and Destruction to Mankind. There were probably many Dark Lords yet none Was more prominent and more Powerful than Dracula. Chaos' Prime Power Source Is the Evil within Humans Once every 100 years the Evil within Humans grows so strong that it allows Chaos to revive Dracula and oppose God and his Followers. Something similar seems to be with Null, it seems to be the Antithesis to the Golden Goddesses. They simply appeared and created the Universe, Null however doesn't like this at all since they invaded his ideal world and so he tries to destroy everything, yet gets stopped by the servants of the Goddesses. He doesnt really seem good or evil unlike villains like Demise, and probably cannot even take Demise down since Demise is literally only weak to holy. Infact I doubt they even have a connection at all since his Demons are just created as Echoes while Demise is l the Origen of these Demons.

There is a group of 8 years olds who are now adults. 10 years is a long time
Perhaps next they should remake the Zelda Orcale games.
32:27 bro what did link say????
Final Boss already that was quick
This ending feels like a recreation of Ocarina of times ending. Zelda has had a companion the entire game that eventually has to go, the difference is that she had a proper goodbye and good ending. Navi left Link without saying anything, Link went to look for his friend and eventually ended up in termina. A place of death.
it's more akin to Skyward Sword and Fi's farewell to Link, right down to realizing what the concept of gratitude.
@@scribeyesteak8758 thats true, but i still think theres a similarity between eow and majoras mask
26:01 how does the old saying go, Null? "There is no life in the void, only death."
whenever there's a meeting, a parting is sure to follow
they remembered the triforce exists
Thank God
Why do they call it prime energy tho 😭
@@PeakBitty_yo Im guessing that, somehow, this game takes place even before Skyward Sword, like theres no mention of Hylia outside of the names relating to Hyrule Nor the goddess sword(And its evolution the Master Sword), the golden goddesses are still around for another thing plus explaining WHY the world was created.l, and lastly the Triforce wasnt named at all outside of being called the "Prime Energy". So it could very well be that this takes place before even Demise's first attack.
@@PeakBitty_yo Names tend to get forgotten a lot in this series. Gotta remember that Hyrule's history spans an incomprehensibly long span of time. Potentially magnitudes longer than all of Human history. Several tens of thousands of years most likely.
@@PatManDX Judging from the map and links appearance this is the same link from alttp, Oracle of ages and seasons, and links awakening. So the name of the triforce should be pretty well known I mean link was literally told by the triforce itself that it's called the triforce
Botw :
Triforce ❌
Seal power ✅
Totk :
Triforce ❌
Power of time and light inherited from rauru and sonia✅
EOW :
Triforce❌
Primordial Energy✅
Why nintendo is stubborn about
never putting the word triforce in all zeldas since BOTW???
The Prime Energy is the Triforce, it is the united Omnipotence of the Creator Goddesses, yet it is neither good nor Evil
I’ve already beaten many Zelda games but is going back to one next year that’s the minish cap for my 50th birthday I never really explored everything.
What a good Zelda game Nintendo made, let it not be repeated
Null seems interesting as it's a dark entity that exist before Demise and his curse from SS. But where do this game fit in the timeline...?
as I think of it this is probably a case where the threat simply isn’t connected to the curse; but happens during that cycle anyway, since we already see ganon get beat up at the beginning of the game
@@sand2067 That Ganon is an Echo.
Welp, you at least listened to the criticism of spoilery thumbnails
Null might be the most terrifying and most powerful villain in a Zelda game. It feels like it's even stronger than TotK's Ganondorf and also far superior to its own Ganon. Ganon's scepter created a villain way worse than he is himself.
A Link to the Past Ganon can surpass him, he had the Full Triforce and was only limited to his imprisonment
Edit to my previous Comment:
After a bit of thinking I realized Null might be basically similar to Chaos from Castlevania.
Chaos' Prime Power Source Is the Evil within Humans
Once every 100 years the Evil within Humans grows so strong that it allows Chaos to revive Dracula and oppose God and his Followers.
Yeah, and it’s even probably older than Demise!😄🤔🧐
Idk man it looks goofy to me. I don't dig the boss design
@@jinyboi The End in Sonic Frontiers was just a purple moon and everyone loved it
always nice to see another one of these spooky ass demons floating around the Zelda cosmology
Yes it is it’s been released today and that’s why got the game already I spend the money for it and I really like it it’s makes me feel good and happy for myself and I really love GameStop especially my favorites parts of day programs
I am just so flabbergasted by the fact that so many “ you didn’t know this about echoes of wisdom “ videos have released but the game released 4 days ago and like this guy has already beaten it like chill
8:26 THE ENEMY WAS PRIME ENERGY ALL ALONG????
WHY DO MY ZELDA COMPANION'S KEEP LEAVING ME!?
Bro, now watch people start to call Zelda "Link" 😂
Just because he's not the protagonist this time doesn't mean we're going to misname Zelda, silly.
They are just dumb if they didnt play the Prologue properly.
bros gotta have his prime energy
I do appreciate many aspects of what BOTW and TOTK did, but as much more of a traditionalist fan of the series I simply adored this new Zelda game. I also loved evil Zelda along with plot, which kinda reminds me of the 80s classic film The Neverending Story with whole nothingless aspect as main evil entity. This Princess Zelda starring game was also handle correctly with care, so massive should out towards creators Tomomi Sano and Satoshi Terada ❤
Well, That Was Quick.😂
In my opinion, while link may be the hero talked in legends, Princess Zelda is the real hero. Yes, link did free her in the beginning, but with tri and the tri rod, she saved the entire existence
So. The final fight is a reverse of Spirit Tracks against Bellum?
Malladus you mean? Bellum was in Phantom Hourglass
@@Rubior426 Null looks like Bellam not Malladus.
@@mattpatasnik1195 so you meant Phantom Hourglass, not Spirit Tracks. That's what I was trying to understand.
@@Rubior426 it's a reverse of the Spirit Tracks final battle against the Phantom Hourglass villain.
@@mattpatasnik1195 ok, now it's clear, understood.
Link: Zelda you did it
Zelda: Link! *Hugs* i am so gald your okay...i'm gald your alright
Link: Thank you Zelda...for saving me
I like this legend of Zelda game. Link and Zelda fight side by side in the end. Twilight princess did it too only on horseback where she only shoot arrow of light at Ganondorf. But this one where both of them use all of their abilities to defeat foes while helping each other
I knew the Triforce would have some role in this game.
32:26 An historical event in Zelda's franchise!
Cool final fight
I smiled when link grabbed on with Zelda to get the piece from null it was my favorite part
Thank you so much!
Of course this guy gon do a vid on the final boss just when the game releases ON THE SAME DAY
Sasuga typical ProsafiaGaming!😆🤣😂
I don't even have the game yet and you have reached the final boss!? Seriously? Chill, man.
Does the game have a secret ending if you don't die like links awakening?
26:14 wait did they purify null?
They eradicate it; you can see it been melted away as the combined Triforce began to shine brightly following Link and Zelda's wish.
Hey, no spoiler thumbnail! Not bad man.
wait until his "all bosses" video releases
he uses doesnt spoil the final boss in his "final boss and ending" videos but in his "all bosses" video he does
9:13 “Lets jump him”
Did Zelda just step into some Kirby lore?
Now THIS is a Zelda game, unlike TOTK.
Null looks cool, but nothing as cool as Ganondorf (not Ganon, i refer to the human form). He remains the perfect villain to me.
This was a great video, but I'm curious, if Tri is now no longer with Zelda, and she still has that wand to summon echoes, can she still do that? 🤔
No she lost her little friend and wand became powerless, just a memory of her lovely adventure 😢
Judging from the thumbnail, I assume this means the animations from Link's Awakening are used again?
Seems like it still retains zelda game vibe, it is a really good thing from developers
Hope this franchise survies long. Long live zeld
Tri leaving Zelda is giving me major Fi vibes from the Skyward Sword ending.
18:22 ZELDAS LULLABY.
I prefer to see an update sometime where we could get a choice to play as link during the Null body segment
Same I also hope we could rematch the Secret Bosses in the dojo cause they were fun
Hey man what's with the AI generated garbage in your thumbnail? Was using a screenshot from the actual game or any of the promo material too hard for you?
I think link’s awaking have better music and boss fights I think this game is solid and play it. 8/10 in my opinion.
BROO CHILL IT JUST RELEASED
i mean thanks for not spoiling it
Poor link captured by Null a fake Zelda now Zelda has to save him. Stop right where you are shouted Zelda let him go or you deal with me. Null never this works is mine drat you two who have spoiled Gannon for many years your not gonna stop me.
41 minutos dura la batalla final, significa que son muchas horas de aventura y los jefes no son tan sencillos de derrotar.
ProsafiaSpeedrunning
Looks like Prosafia finally learned his lesson
just wait until his all bosses video releases
I was like OH GOD NO THE ECHO TOUCHED IT! Then seeing what happened I was like oh yea that fail safe kicked in.
YES FINALLY PLEASE PLAY IT TO 100% WALKTHROUGH!
Zelda:"I''m not Link, I'm Zelda."
Después de acabar el juego, si vuelves a jugar que pasa? Se podrá usar a link?
You’re already beat the game THAT QUICK??
This breaks the streak of cool final boss names. It’s like they couldn’t think of anything good, so they left it blank and it got ironically auto-named “Null.”
Exactly, Null, emptiness and blankness
Ofc the final boss fight is alr out the DAY of the release 💀🙏
Did you play this nonstop till the end??! 🤦🏼♂️
Bruh, what the heck with this Prime Energy nonsense, just call it the Triforce.
The Triforce had many names
"Golden Power"
"Master Force"
"Infinite Power"
"Power of the Gods"
And so much more
@@Chris-gx1ei Yeah lol it makes sense that over thousands of years people would call it different things, after history got forgotten or muddled!
Link has tricfore of courage zelda triforce of wisdom and Ganondorf has the triforce of power
In here the Triforce was already United, Link brought it back after he killed Ganon in A Link to the Past.
Here Null tried to use the Triforce to errase the World, but it split uppon contact and Null only had the Triforce of Power
The game has just released. How did you JUST get the ending 😭
probs speedrunning it or got an australian copy
First video I’ve watched and the most important part is ZELDA HAS DIALOUGE BABY WOOOOOOOOOOO
Wow just a few hours ago, now i know the ending😂
10:41 Link moonwalk 😮
I’m kind of bummed that they don’t have a health bar for the bosses like it did in TOTK and BOTW
Hey you spoiled that Zelda's here in the end. I'm complaining
Bro got the game a day earlier
Null’s initial form kind of reminds me of Yami from Okami a little bit…
