Okay. But I thought of some awesome theories behind them if they were fears. Bigmouth: since you rescued Greedy after the boss, I think the Bigmouth boss was a representative of his fear of losing his own chef talents (as Bigmouth swallows the turnip that's used to save the other smurfs. i.e, complete the recipe to do so) and leaving him without a purpose. Dark Smurfette: I theorised that Smurfette's afraid of that side of her when she was created would take back control one day, and the boss constantly switches from Smurfette's normal self to her previous creation. Meaning She's afraid of her own backstory. Giant Smurfs: since you save Vanity from this level, and lose the white trousers. (like when they get spotted, the smurfs blush if you look closely) I theorise the giant Smurfs are a culmination of Vanity's anxiety of looking "unattractive" to the other Smurfs, like he wasn't wearing any clothes. (Hence why the trousers run away from you) Gargamel: Gargamel pretty much tortures the Smurfs non-stop, so it's obvious they're afraid of him. But I think the last battle is Papa's fear, which could be Gargamel having the right amount of power to finally capture the rest of the village without failing doing so. (like how he nearly did in The Lost Village)
The Smurfs had changed ever since lost village came out
22:59 - Okay, jerk, try fighting someone who's now *_YOUR SIZE!_* 😈
*Gargamel:* Take *_THIS!!!_* 😡
*Smurfus Maximus: **_BRING IT!!!_* 😈
Do the bosses represent fears from the smurfs? or are they just random characters?
Random but still cool nonetheless
