Wish I had tips on the music. It was always a struggle to get the volume right when I was using it in videos. I wound up basically only using it when I wasnt talking, and would only put it at maybe 60% max..... sometimes it would be half that even when I wasn't talking to be on par with my voice.
Do you turn around at half of your desired walk? It seems like my pace drops by almost half the second half of my walk..... not a huge deal since Im basically going in loops around my neighborhood, but eventually would like to be able to go walk on a trail for a change of scenery.

The hormones are such a mess for emotions as well as weight loss, it seems for me. Hoping that gets better as I lose weight.
