@OohLaLips08 Thanks! I'm glad you liked it. I don't do anything to it before curling it except putting on a heat protectant. You may have to use hairspray or upgrade to a better iron. These waves last me three days without hairspray =)

@ExpensivePinkXO95 Basically avoid flattening the section of hair between your fingers, so it stays round when it wraps around the iron.

@neeekayyy Yes you can put it back on. Just unscrew whatever that holding it when you want it off. Screw back on when you want it back on...very easy =)

@northernstarlite Yes, it came with the Jose Eber iron. Link to the product is in the info bar if you're interested. I think you can probably just use a normal glove though. It doesn't feel any different than a normal knit glove =)

@leslie7622 The one I used is 1 inch, so that may have made a big difference. A 3/4 barrel may give you curls that are too tight. Also, make sure not to flatten your hair, instead try to keep the sections round as you wrap them around the iron. Lastly, you can hold for less amount of time, so your hair comes out wavy instead of curly. Hope this helps.

@romacity You may want to pin your curls, mist with hairspray and allow your hair to cool before taking out the pins. You can check out my recent Heatless Kardashian Hair video to see the type of pins I'm talking about ^^

@tehitiangreenxx3 You use the same technique without opening the clamp if you don't have a clipless iron. You can also remove the clamp very easily from a regular iron if you want

@beneathyourlove You can get similar effects with my 3 minute dolly sock curls. Just do two sections without the top crown section, and tie them loosely. You'll get pretty waves but you won't get as much definition around the face...and they definitely won't last three days like these (still not bad considering it's heat-free) =)

@marfusza Hairspray!! It really helps even if it's just a light mist. I don't know if you read the my review on the iron yet (the link is in the bottom bar), but these waves last me 3 days without hairspray. It could be your iron, too =/
@iCandyMama LOL thanks! Your comment really made me laugh. I've been putting off my trip to the salon for the past year by just trimming off my dead ends at home. 1 foot of it is coming off pretty soon bc I'm donating it to Wigs for Kids, so I'll be in the same boat as you lol :-)

@cocoPABL0 Thanks! It's the lighting, I think haha. I don't use mousse...it tends to dry out your hair. I have volume bc my hair is super thick, and I have quite a bit of hair O_o

how long does your hair stay like this?:) mine flatens within minutes. is there anything i could do to make them hold the curl longer? i have naturally wavy hair, i dont know why it flatens so fast:(
So I tried to do this and I did it with a 3/4 inch iron and the curls won't stay together. Since I have LOTs of hair. I ended up with a lot more volume in hair than I wanted. I had to moisten it down with lotion just to get it to behave. If not, the furthest curly strand was about 3 in from my ear... They just went wild. At first I thought it was because my hair is layered towards the ends, but so's yours right? Is it because I used a 3/4 in iron? holding it 8sec midway, 8sec towards the end.
How long do your curls last during the day? Nothing that I do will holds my curls for more than 1-2 hours :*(
do you curl all the sections in the same direction or do you vary it with each strand??
