    No ring recording of her escaping through the door terrified, or him doing anything but read the notice and leave. No fear, or any emotion 'afraid, yawn') even in the call to police about him but plenty about the neighbour removing the notice (the only crime backed up by recording). He's also remarkably calm during proceedings and phone call despite him being a violent lunatic? So far his crime looks like him marrying her twice. Manning is the only one worked up, enough to bring out her home accent lol 🙈. Cut your losses and run, in opposite directions, and don't stop until you hit the coast! Tfs and have a great day 💖💖💖

      Amazing how that works huh?
      She's accusing him of felony assault/domestic assault/battery/ domestic battery in the first degree, which carries up to 25 years. Add in the weapon, and it's more. A common sentence for this would be 12 years....
      She really can't claim to have any positive emotions towards him at all. Forget actually loving him.

    Mike, please put this video together with the others. I'm dying to see if he finally got her out of his house. It's obvious he didn't commit domestic abuse against this woman. I think bc she wanted her adult back they came up with this plan.There's no way a woman let a lone an older woman wouldn't have severe injuries if what she said was true. She thought she'd get the house with her son back & leave him to pay the bills. This belongs in Family or Divorce Court. She hurts real women who suffer from real domestic abuse she infuriates the hell out of me! I still love Judge Manning she reminded her she better not have taken anything out of that house! 😅 She thought she'd have the easy life after playing the victim while he now has lost his house it's rather sad. Thanks Mike, I thought you would have been tucked into bed when I asked. 😂 Well I watched in shock @ that ignorant & appalling Attorney Miss King's behavior with Judge Manning. I would have her thrown out the proceedings & fined her or thrown her in jail. The lying defendant couldn't stop calling herself a victim! Real victims in Court rarely use that term. She didn't want to answer a simple yes or no without wanting to fight & having 3 Attorney's is a bit much. I have a ton of patience but watching that video pushed mine to the limit. I'm surprised Judge Manning didn't lose it all together what a circus. I'm still awake it's close 4:30am! It does seem to be a scheme two years in the making. Do her two nieces who are scumbags have anything to do with that? Was she coached? Is she being coached continually? I don't think that it's up for dispute that she is lying.
      She lied a few years ago, if he actually beat her up, she would be in the hospital, and WHY IN THE WORLD would you marry someone who abused you not once or twice, but several times?
      Does she believe he will harm or kill her? Absolutely not.

    • @TinkerBell-bt6vu
      @TinkerBell-bt6vu 11 місяців тому +3

      @jameskirk3 that's not necessarily true (in general). There are LOTS of reasons why women (and men, when a woman is the abuser against the man) stay in abusive relationships FAR longer than they should/want to. And women (and men) get beat up by their partners ALL the time and don't end up in the hospital.
      Now, I'm not saying that these things are true in THIS case. I think she is a problem for sure!
      But your premise of "if he beat her up, she would be in the hospital," is just not necessarily true - in a LOT of instances. And there are MANY reasons why women (and men) stay in relationships with their abuser. They stay for MUCH longer than someone on the outside looking in can comprehend. And they often stay MUCH longer than they WANT to, because in too many situations, getting out of those relationships and situations is MUCH more difficult and complicated than it seems to someone looking in

    The way she called 911 in the middle of the night just to pretend that she was a victim & had a restraining order & he’s outside my house right now OH NOOO!! 😱 & then she purposely went silent & refused to respond to the 911 dispatcher JUST to create a sense of emergency & fear so the police think OH NOOO 😱 I think he got her, HURRY CODE 10 lights & sirens call the military!! What a damn drama queen. She’s watched too many movies🤦🏻‍♀️ I like how she told 911 at the beginning “I’m outside, I came outside cause he keeps tryna lock me out” she can’t even speak right because her minds going a million miles an hour as she’s tries to come up with details & create an entire event that never even happened. “Hello? Hi ma’am I’d like to report a domestic violence, I don’t have any injuries or any visible red marks whatsoever, I know it’s a miracle but I definitely was just smashed by a 280lb man, slapped in the face by a man with size 50 hands, beaten with a wooden broom stick, thrown down the stairs or wait, maybe I was dragged down 🤔 oh well I can’t remember, can you hurry & send me police right away? Btw the weather was just lovely today wasn’t it? No wonder her own son d bull up to be a career criminal on the sex off B

    • @yourlifeisagreatstory
      @yourlifeisagreatstory Рік тому +1

      I caught the same thing. Why go outside if someone is “tryna” lock you out haha? A complete act for sympathy. Her lawyer asks her how she felt after the nieghbor took the bond letter, she says “afraid, afraid of my husband doing crazy things...”. And then calling the police when she was trying to leave and then going on with the snappy “afraid”. She sounds mad and cranky when answering, not “afraid.”

  • @jameskirk3

    Why wouldnt someone be able to have a domestic standby once a week if they felt they needed to? Its been a month. He's been over there 4 times. That doesn't seem excessive to me at all. In the course of doing your job, you may need various items from your home, where all of your belongings are stored. I think the judge is berating Mr. Sullivan unnecessarily.

    This man supposedly beat & choked her with a pole, chased her and pushed her down the stairs! But, on the phone with 911, she doesn’t sound scared, panicked, in pain, angry, sad, like she’d been crying, out of breath……..nothing. It sounded like she was complaining about a neighbor being annoying or something.
    I think they argued. I think if any physical abuse occurred, it was her. I think she’s a pathological liar. 🤥

  • @trakat77
    @trakat77 Рік тому +1

    I’m incredibly annoyed watching this. Not a fan. The judge ripped apart the husband while not calling out the wife for weaponizing the judicial system against him. She is clearly making false claims of abuse to elevate her position in the divorce. I loathe liars. She has no fear of this man, only contempt and the desire for revenge.

    Tonya Sullivan and Ethenia King are literally within the same premise. You can see Ms. King at 18:26 with her big glasses, bangs, and gold hoops right when she fixed Mrs. Sullivan's camera! Also, after watching all of the videos i can find on this case, i have no doubt that Mrs. King has been coaching her throughout and that Mrs. Sullivan has no credibility and is dragging Mr. Sullivan through the dirt.

    An interesting case for analysis happened Friday in 3B court. A couple had sued a flooring company in small claims, but the defendant rolled the dice and had it moved to District court. So the amounts went up, but now they had an attorney. The plaintiffs stuck with self-representation, with a number of problems and the expected results. I'd be interested in an attorney's view as to whether he thought that case was winnable if they'd gone with a lawyer.
