- In this 45 Min CONTROLLED Full Body Strength DUMBBELL Workout | Build & Burn | Repeat , we will have 7 bundles, each consisting of 7 movements. Most bundles contain 3 exercises, some for 3 rounds and others for two rounds. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest between exercises and a 30-second rest after each bundle. This routine is excellent for hypertrophy and strength, provided you use the appropriate weight for each movement to effectively challenge and stimulate your muscles and nervous system.
These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)

OMG, i challenged myself and used a tiny bit heavier weights than i normally do..and i don't think i ever made such weird and silly face impressions! But god, did i feel good afterwards! GREAT setup, Daniel. Love these strength workouts without jumping, but still super sweaty

Intense and super-sweaty workout without any cardio and jumping movements. The slow and controlled movements seem to be easy when you do them but they're definitely not 🤐 I'm not using 18kg weights yet but happy with myself on having completed this workout with lighter weights nevertheless.

Hey Coach, can you translate the kilogram weight into the pounds weight?
5 kg is approximately 11.02 pounds
10 kg is approximately 22.05 pounds

Daniel you lift your right foot during the Cossack squat but not your left I noticed, do you have a muscle imbalance? Stronger on your left side possibly?
Well I know from lunges that my right hip is weaker than the left side, but not sure if that’s the reason or it’s my ankle on my right foot because I’ve twisted it with football (soccer) 2x in the past 😅

I thought I was just going to skip a scheduled workout day yesterday because I had so mjany things to do.
I was free to finally take a break at 8pm with one hour to go to give my sick cat her medication. I thought I can either sit and watch TV for an hour, or get a late workout in.
I'm so glad I chose to workout even though it was really tough.
I am very sore today!!

Weights
15kg, 8kg, 5kg
Upright Row/Side lifts--went down to 7.5kg the second round. That 0.5 lower weight actually made a difference because I would have fauled too early on the side raises with 8kg.
Front and T bicep curls I also lowered the weight to 7.5kg.
Amazing exercise!!!
