If incense make up dizzy or have a headache it most likely not natural. Incense should have a pleasant and mild aroma that's not overly smoky and have an overall relaxing affect.

Some people can be sensitive to certain smells too
I'm allergic to trees and fresh-cut grass. Those are as natural as you can get!
Oh yeah it tends to be you use it in too small of a room. Humidifiers especially with a soothing smell packet I use them some days.

When we burn sambrani in my house, it really brings positive energy. This the reasons why nah Indian ppl interest to buy them nd burn on festival days. That's why temples give us so much positive energy nd we get some peace there, when we visit temples.

I am a medical student and I read one article that said that incense have more chances of causing lungs cancer than actual smoking. I even lost my aunt who never smoked in her life but used to work in shops selling these dhhup, agarbatti. She died from lung cancer(adenocarcinoma)

I have watched many videos of sadguru in mystics of India, Sadhguru channels, but for the first time how did sadguru get all these facts into his head. If there are any books that are related to all his videos, please share the name of those books.

No , sambrani is resin . Guugul is different.
Sambrani is mainly from gum of boswellia species of trees. Originally from india, afro-gulf regions.
Lobana means Styrex species,
Guggul means- commiphora species
Dragon blood is chines variety of gum
Copal is south american species of gum
In india, we use many types of plant gums, which we use for incense.
If I am not wrong the other word in indian language is sameedha .
