It's so delicious that my family asks me to cook this dinner every day!

Ingredients:
● Minced beef - 1 lb
● Onion - 1 pc
● Pasta - 0.5 lb
● 3 cloves of garlic
● Paprika - 1 pc
● Cherry Tomatoes - 0.5 lb
● Tomato pulp - 2 cups
● Heavy Cream - 0.75 cups
● Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano
● parsley (optional)
● Parmesan (optional)
● Vegetable oil for frying
