The classic recipe for Bolognese pasta requires a very serious, very thorough approach to business. First of all, let's talk about time: the sauce languishes on minimal heat from 2 to 4 hours. Such a strict requirement is historically justified because once upon a time Bolognese stew, the prototype of modern Bolognese, was made from pieces of meat that had to literally dissolve. Modern Italian chefs believe that only in this case the sauce will acquire the perfect taste, aroma and texture. Well, there's no reason not to believe them! Prepare Pasta Bolognese according to our classic recipe, for example, for dinner on a day off, remembering that you should start the process almost at lunchtime.
Ingredients:
● Ground beef - 450 g
● Onion - 1 pc
● 3 cloves of garlic
● Сarrot - 1 piece
● 3 sticks of celery
● Dry red wine - 120 ml
● Basil
● Chopped tomatoes - 200 g
● Tagliatelle pasta - 250 g
● Parmesan
● Salt, Black Pepper
● Olive oil
