I love these videos!! We need a part 2 and 3 of the food swaps! I also love your “what I eat in a day”! Can you transition to videos where you show us like 5 dinners, 5 lunches, 5 breakfasts. ( one video for each meal slot showing multiple different ones) one of your videos you make potato shreds with other stuff added to it, I plan on making that one tomorrow!

Could you do a video on your pre-work out? I want to make that step but it’s so overwhelming - no clue where to start. Best brands, why even use it, when to use it, post work out, after breakfast or on empty stomach if you work out early.... All of these are questions I’ve asked myself lol

Really helpful. I moved to the USA from Europe about 8 months ago and I’m still shocked how processed and full of sugar a huge amount of regular things are here- breads: pasta sauces - it has been eye opening and shocking. I tend to buy most of my things from trader joe since moving here
One thing that helps me is to do half/half with the zuchinni noodles or cauliflower rice. A bowl of just cauliflower rice? We got an issue. Half cauli rice half regular rice? A winning combo. :)

Cassandra Simins Plain Greek yogurt w vanilla extract and stevia extract or plain ol powdered sugar is the best alternative I have found. You get yummy yogurt w minimal effort, mixes with any fruit or smoothie and you know exactly what’s in it! I buy the big containers and make the whole thing vanilla!

Hey Whit! Just wanted to give you a heads up, the total carbs on a label is the sum of sugar, fiber, and starches in an item. So 29 of the 30 grams of carbs are sugar, the remaining carb is either a gram of fiber or starch. So its not “not only 30 carbs but also 29 grams of sugar”, it’s more of “30 which includes 29 grams of sugar”. Have a beautiful day! 🤗

This is seriously an amazing video idea. Please make a series out of this for different meal times (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) or different types of food (pasta dishes, food swaps to transition into going vegan/vegetarian). I swear this would help so much more than trying to follow macros or a meal plan. Also, I love your nutrition videos, but in Canada we don't have trader joes and I swear that is where you get all your healthy food :(

That noosa yogurt is dangerous ..it’s really good but one is 300 cals for the entire thing..and most ppl don’t know the entire thing is not a serving only half of it is

I love how you started to watch not only for calories and sugar but also for the ingredients list. In your previous videos, you were all about macros but ingredients are way more important
Its true now when I purchase food I prefer to get anything that has 5 ingredients or less. And that's more of whole foods than process foods

CoYo is the best vegan yogurt! The new Chobani non-dairy is not bad either but it isn't that thick. The CoYo is super thick.

@@xoxojustme113 Unfortunately I think there's legit like 0... it's a coconut milk yogurt and hella indulgent on the fat, but I eat it for the probiotics and if I want to up the protein I will mix in a couple spoons of Orgain protein and add some kind of protein granola, chia and hemp seeds and maybe berries as kind of like a parfait thing. But then you're looking at the cals being around a full meal for a parfait lol.

Similar story, broke one of my molars eating a raw carrot, the dentist was dying when I told him I’d never eat a raw carrot again because French fries have never broke any of my teeth and I almost ate those instead of the carrot that day 🙄🙄

Alpro has the best vegan yoghurts! The closest to greek yoghurt in my opinion is the Alpro Zero sugars soya yoghurt or the Alpro go-on quark.

You should try the dessert hummus! My weakness is chocolate as well and since starting to pair the brownie batter hummus with an apple, banana or strawberries it's taken my cravings down cuz I'm still getting that sweetness just from healthier options

I'm so happy to see that you detailed the ingredient list for the sparkling water and mentioned that you like to know every ingredient listed on the label. I really love sparkling water, but there's a lot of companies that add extra chemicals that can cause migraines, so I stay away from those too.
